Irresponsible staff but good facility.
Pros:

Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Cons:

I was charged twice for the time because the staff “forgot” to tell the lady working when we checked in that we were preauthorized already. Still waiting on my refund the next week. When dealing with people’s money you can’t “forget”. I’m not a Dr so $286.17 is a lot of money. Let us in a hard spot.

Pros:

I did not eat breakfast, I slept in. The location is great and close to many stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Cons:

The elevator was acting a little funky lol, but that's the first time I've experienced that here.

Pros:

I went there so my grandson could swim in the heated pool the pool temperature was warm just what we needed my grandson had a great birthday
