Pros:

방 온도와 칫솔 문제로 프론트에 전화했는데 친절하지도 않고 약간의 소리를 높여 마치 어린사람에게 혼내는 듯한 말투. 하지만 체크아웃할 때 여직원의 친절함이 기분좋게 그 호텔을 떠나게 했음.

Rude front office clerk
Pros:

The front office person was very rude to the customer. We asked for 1 more bath towel but he said it’s not authorized. Refused to give us a towel. They provide a towel later. I never met any hotel’s front office person is rude to the cusomers.

Pros:

무료 빨래방도 있고
방안에 스타일러가 있어서
겨울 여행 한다면
코트나 패딩 깨끗하게 관리할수 있어
너무 유용할듯합니다.
조식은 1만원으로 부담되지않는 가격이지만
메뉴가 부실하네요.
차라리 한식 부페보다
단품이 더 나을듯합니다.

Pros:

깨끗하지 않음.
쇼파에는 각질이 떨어져 있었고 화장실은 하수구 냄새가 나고 있었음
바닥은 대리석재질? 같았는데 맨발로 다닐때 끈적이는 무언가가 있었음.

Pros:

전체적인 청결도는 그나마 공주에서 나은 것 같음
그러나 깨끗하다는 이야기는 아님.
에어컨에 먼지가 덕지덕지 눌러붙은게 보임.
제발 슬리퍼는 일회용이었음 좋겠음
검정 슬리퍼가 미끌거림.. 누가 어떻게 사용했을지 모르는 슬리퍼... 그래도 스타일러가 있는 것에 깜짝 놀람

Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village.
