A spacious and comfortable and quiet room and an excellent location. It was beautifully furnished, and very nice wood floors. I really enjoyed the ability to order something extra for the room, such as a towel or a pillow, using a QR code connection.

Other than the lazy check in reception guy the others were great.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful building. The rooms are well maintained and spacious.

Cons:

The reception enrolled me into their loyalty program after I specifically asked not to.

Beautiful and comfortable stay - a great splurge break on the Camino.
Pros:

Beautiful historic building. Quiet room with view of the cathedral. Excellent service from the front desk and housekeeping.

Cons:

Some of the finishings in the room are showing age and the beds could be more comfortable for the rate.
