Good value for money, but to improve the cleaning of the room
Pros:

Good location.
Really good value for money.
The room was big.

Cons:

Cleaning service. We found super dirty air filter for the bathroom air flow (but it has been cleaned after I pointed out twice, at least superficially). We also found dirty plates. Also below the bed and on the furniture it was really dusty.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a great place to stay in Istanbul. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square. The kitchenette was well equipped, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.

Pros:

部屋に洗濯機や台所があり、中長期滞在に最適です。子ども連れでしたが、ベビーベッドを用意して下さったお陰で快適に過ごせました。
オーナーさんたちに大変親切にしていただきました。

Понравилось все. Отель расположен в близости к Таксим (площадь, Istiklal), в живом месте, где можно найти все. Транспортная развязка хорошая. Недалеко есть фермерский рынок, работает по воскресеньям.

В отеле чисто, сотрудники внимательные и проактивные. Здание без лифта, помогли занести вещи на высокий этаж. Жила в номере на последнем этаже. Очень красивый вид на закаты. Уборка номера со сменой белья - по запросу. Чай, кофе, сахар, шампунь, порошок по запросу пополняют. Все работает.

Отдельное спасибо Али, который с участием помогал в течение всего визита, подсказывал разные вещи.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ali was exceptionally friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful from day one, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here

Хорошее расположение. Ул Истикляль в 10 минутах пешком.

Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника. Стиральная машинка.

Хороший напор горячей воды.

Очень отзывчивый и всегда готовый помочь менеджер Али. Спасибо ему большое!)

Помогли поднять чемоданы.

Если останавливаться здесь на пару дней и без детей, то, наверное, ок.

Cons:

До заезда я отправила запрос на чекин с 13:00-14:00, который был одобрен. Когда приехали, то выяснилось, что номер не готов, и пришлось ждать полтора часа.

Мебель можно обновить, особенно на кухне.
В ванне заметила немного плесени в некоторых местах.

Вид из окна был в стену соседнего дома))

Рядом мечеть, поэтому было очень хорошо слышно вечернюю и утреннюю молитвы. Прямо очень хорошо)

У друзей в номере был странный повторяющийся звук в ванне (работа насоса), который мешал спать.

При заселении в комнате был очень сильный запах то ли духов, то ли от чистящих средств. Я такое не люблю, но это вкусовщина.

Очень отзывчивый сотрудник Али, помог вызвать такси в аэропорт рано утром по хорошей цене, удобное расположение, очень близко от Таксим и Истикляль. Все чтобы подогреть еду, постирать в номере есть. Для кратковременного пребывания удобно, но для непритязательного путешественника.

Cons:

Вид из окна, скажем так, не очень. Мы жили достаточно высоко, этажи ниже скорее всего выходят окнами в стену. Очень крутая и узкая лестница, для кого-то может быть важно.

Хорошое расположение: рядом с улицей Истикляль и площадью Таксим, где есть станция местро и фуникулер к пристани Кабарташ.
Нас встретил очень отзывчивый Али, рассказал в какие магазины пойти, какой тут транспорт.
Апартаменты комфортные, есть кухня и стиральная машина

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral zum Taksim
Platz.
Ali (Gastgeber) ist sehr hilfsbereit wenn es um Fragen zur Stadt bzgl. Essen oder ähnliches geht.
Er hat uns auch ein günstiges Taxi vom Hotel an den Airport organisiert.
