After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. Your space may only be accessible by stairs. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This is a central location with a restaurant in the building and may be prone to noise. There are no laundry facilities. There is no kitchen.
Guests can book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance. The seasonal rooftop is available to guests dining at the lobby restaurant.

really a great well appointed property. Had problems with the code at entry but it worked once in the elevator and lobby
the roof deck was awesome. the bar and restaurant were great as well
the hallways need a bit of softening or the door needs better insulated . the sink is very slow draining

Very nice hotel and concept.
There was unfortunately no gym room available. Also the door codes some times didn't work right so I had to type in multiple times. The code lock at the outdoor is also too dark and low placed and at night it is difficult to see the numbers.

Lack of front desk, too much light coming into the room from windows near ceiling.
The property was clean and felt secure except the codes took a few tries to punch in at times. No concierge made the place feel unwelcome and that if there were any problems it would be difficult to solve them.
The bed did not have a box spring so it was just a mattress on bed slats and was very uncomfortable. The bedside lamps we could not figure to work out properly (there was a switch next to the lights that seemed to have no affect) so there was no way to shut the lights off from bed.

We like the restaurant that was on the 1st and 4th floor not connected with the hotel.
No parking. No onsite support. No ice machine. Entry code to get into the hotel only worked about half of the time and we weren’t the only ones having issues.
Nice spot, not a lot to do in the hotel. In a residential area with some local shops around.
There is no hotel staff to assist on site. Did not need any assistance, but I can see that might be an issue for some. Big one lack of parking ended up costing me $70 just to park for one night. Add that to the cost of the hotel, it becomes a poor deal. Not a lot of local, walking distance places to eat that I could see.

The walk in shower, the bed and the location was perfect.
The soilet seat was a bit tilted, but other than that it was ok.
This is like a hotel with the staff missing - it's luxurious, comfortable, all the tech to get into the building worked perfectly for me, the shower was hot and strong and I sank into the bed. I always wear ear plugs but there were two sets in the bedside table in case anyone needed them, as I suppose the walls aren't that thick. The TV was brand new and fully functional. When I did have a question about how long I had access to the luggage storage after checkout, they responded over chat within 10 mins. It was up til 10pm!
The coffee machine wasn't great, you ended up with lots of grounds in your cup, and I wasn't sure how you were supposed to make a cup of tea with it, although teabags were there. I can't help but miss having someone to ask for/about things like the local area, but I understand I'm not paying for that.
The location is amazing. Very convenient.
It’s unsettling to go to a hotel with no staff on site. I did not feel like I would have gotten help if I needed it. Also there were many many fruit flies in the shower, which was gross.
The hotel is near the city center, we could just walk from the railway station. The room is suitable for 1-2 nights.
The entering code. Our code hasn't worked when we wanted to enter the facility. If we didn't have a US phone number, we couldn't survive, because we had to call personel several times for new code. Please, do something with your system for an easier entering to the hotel or please manage a 24/7 reception.
We expected a micro in the room like at Sonder in Washington but there weren't any. The room was nice but looked a little bit old and was noisy.
