Pros:

Localização, tamanho dos quartos e da cama.

Cons:

A limpeza muito ruim. Parece que haviam feito alguma reforma e esqueceram de limpar os quartos. Encontramos muita poeira no chão, nas portas e janelas.

perfeito chegar em ambiente tranquilo, vaga de garagem, acomodação tudo funcionando café da manhã.
Pros:

Já tinha me hospedado anteriormente, por esse motivo resolvi retornar, pois atende as minhas necessidades, o ambiente é tranquilo com quartos limpos e tudo funcionando perfeitamente, a café da manhã é bom, tem estacionamento de sobra porém não é coberto, mas o carro não fica na rua.

não tenho nada a reclamar.

O Tamanho do quarto e o conforto da cama.

Cons:

Haviam outros hóspedes (segundo a recepcionista, trabalhadores de uma empresa) que estavam bebendo e fumando em área interna próximo às janelas do quarto, causando barulho e incômodo pelo mau cheiro do cigarro.
A recepcionista disse que não poderia fazer nada, pois eram hóspedes de empresa.

O Hotel tem tudo para ser bem melhor, mas para isso precisa investir um pouco.
Pros:

O Hotel é bem localizado, tem ampla área de estacionamento, quartos grandes, tem uma boa piscina e sua estrutura horizontal passa a sensação de que se está hospedado em uma fazenda.

Cons:

O quarto com cheiro de humidade, camas com colchões de baixa qualidade e vencidos, roupa de banho já bastante desgastada, TV sem controle remoto (solicitei na recepção e não fui atendido), o ar condicionado não é split, enfim, precisa melhorar bastante. O café da manhã também precisa melhorar, falta um suco natural e um café de melhor qualidade.

Achei o atendimento excelente, gostaria de elogiar o recepcionista que me atendeu a noite. Muito gentil e educado, superou minha expectativas.

Cons:

Achei o chuveiro ruim, acredito que precisa de uma manutenção ou trocar. A água espalha muito e está velho.
