Wir waren da nur eine Nacht und dann weiter zum Flughafen. Preis Leistung, Zimmer und Frühstück waren gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Parkgarage war auch da.

Ми вдруге поселились в цей готель. Все було чудово, комфортно і зручно добиратись до центру Франкфурта. Особливо високо хочу оцінити персонал - працівник рецепції нас навіть впізнав і дуже мило з нами спілкувався. Ми обовʼязково повернемось!
Щодо номеру - дуже зручні матраци, подушки і ковдри, великі і довгі ліжка (зручно високим людям). Тихо. Зручна ванна кімната.

Cons:

Waschbecken im Zimmer lief nicht ab. Preis zu teuer: 213,00 € für eine Nacht ist völlig überzogen. Lausiges Frühstück: Rühreier aus dem Tetrapack, trockene Industriebrötchen, Billigwurst vom Discounter, war für den Preis der verlangt wurde rausgeschmissen es Geld.

Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing.
The front desk staff were not welcoming; the attitude felt cold and aggressive (even if wrapped in diplomacy), with no genuine willingness to help or show flexibility.

The room was significantly smaller than advertised on the website. Upon arrival, the toilet paper roll was empty and we had to take a new roll ourselves from the housekeeping trolley in the corridor — which raises serious concerns about whether the bathroom was properly cleaned. In addition, the bathroom door was broken, further harming the sense of comfort and hygiene.

The most serious issue: the hotel does not allow payment in cash, only by credit card, and this policy is not clearly or explicitly stated in advance. This is essential information that should be transparently disclosed before booking.

Furthermore, breakfast is not available before 7:00 a.m., despite the lobby design and overall concept resembling an airport, and the reception staff being dressed like airline crew — which creates an expectation of services suited also for early departures.

Overall, the experience does not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this brand and does not match the way it is presented online.

Good building and rooms, decent breakfast, but expensive

Cons:

One of the basic things for a hotel is to hold reservations. We were shocked to know after reaching that they had cancelled one of the 2 rooms we had booked! Without telling us. The excuse the desk staff gave was that the system did it automatically because they were full!
This is what we learnt after driving for 5 hours and reaching at 10pm, that too travelling with a colleague for a business trip. Absolutely unacceptable.

The staff was also not helpful at all, saying they can not help us any further. I will never return to this hotel despite visiting the region regularly.
