Gutes Hotel für geschäftliche Übernachtung
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und im Aviationstyle gestaltet. Ich war zu einer Fortbildung in Neu-Isenburg und habe gut im Hotel übernachtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt im Gewerbegebiet.

Für eine Übernachtung o.k. aber eigentlich kein gewohnter Mercure-Standard
Cons:

Im Zimmer stand noch das angebrochene Essen des Gastes zuvor hinter dem Vorhang und hat gemüffelt. Nach Bitte um Ensorgung an der Rezeption wurde es dann abgeholt.

Obwohl ich für 2 Personen gebucht hatte, hatten wir nur je 1 Duschtuch und kleines Handtuch.

Die Klimaanlage war am Anschlag (o.k. es hatte 40 Grad Außentemperatur) und hat auf 26 Grad geregelt bekommen.

All in all it was pleasant, the staff was friendly and the breakfast nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Room and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

There was only 1 big towel in the first night although we were 2 persons. In the 2nd night I picked one up from a place in the hall in 2nd floor.
