Love that place definitely coming back there.
Pros:

I didn’t use gym and kitchen as that was a short stay but I’m extremely happy about night in that hotel, the only minus which I can think is no bar in the hotel that would just make a full to me.

Cons:

The only thing which I didn’t like it’s people parked badly on parking spaces downstairs and my partner arrived later then me and he couldn’t park there. I believe reception should inform guests about that and sort that issue not even for me but overall. Extremely nice receptionist at night shift very helpful and professional. He came to my room after max 2 h from my arrival and told me that another guest from underneath room made a complaint that I’m walking to loud in the room and it’s been all day. I’m finding that ridiculous as 1. I just arrived, which he can double check before coming to my room and maki no complain.
2. It was 7pm/8pm I think that’s a bit ridiculous as I believe till 10pm, I don’t have to worry that hotel it’s noisy as it wasn’t me “all day”. Just think he supposed to let that guest know that it’s not night time yet and people are allowed to walk in rooms unfortunately I don’t have wings to fly 🤷🏽‍♀️

Absolutely fantastic, would definitely return
Pros:

Room was absolutely fantastic! So clean and can make it your own little space. Balcony views are great of the river, staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay.
Pros:

My wife and I spent 3 nights here while visiting York. Room spotless and well kitted out with a faultless bathroom and decent kitchen area.
Reception area very good along with the staff. We both loved sitting outside the front on the veranda while having coffee and cruesants which were included. You can’t go wrong here!!!!

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Stayed here recently in a two-bed loft suite. Great location with river views and a 10 minute walk or short taxi ride into the city centre. Friendly, helpful staff at reception who provided us with an information leaflet and maps of local attractions and told us about the free tea/coffee and croissant each day. A nice atmosphere in the public areas with a well stocked deli/shop on site. Large spacious suite with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies and very clean throughout. Excellent air-conditioning throughout which was appreciated during the warm weather and although the building is situated near a caravan park and close to busy riverside walking/jogging route, we literally heard no external noise. On-site parking is £15 a night which is comparable with other city centre locations we've stayed in.

Only a couple of minor points preventing me giving a full 5/5 rating - the bed in the downstairs bedroom was two singles zipped together meaning it had a dip in the middle and the whole suite could probably benefit from being repainted as there were numerous marks and dents in the walls. However, this wouldn't stop us staying here again and we'd definitely look at Roomzzz locations in other cities after this experience.
