Roomzzz York City will be given flood advice by the Environment Agency and will evacuate in line with their guidelines. Highly rated, great location for the city centre and a lovely setting
Pros:

Great location. Just a short scenic walk down the river to the city centre.
Room was clean and spacious. Though we only used the fridge in the kitchenette, this was well equipped.
Ample seating in the reception area where you could get free hot drinks. And a lovely outdoor seating area too. Free croissants in the morning were a nice touch too.
My goodness, the bed was sooooo comfy! We had the best night’s sleep! So much so, we took note of the make and model of mattress.
Would highly recommend this aparthotel and would definitely consider using Roomzzz again in another location!!

Lovely room but quite a hike to get to the city centre.
Pros:

Large comfortable room with well equipped kitchen. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was pretty far away from the city centre. We paid £155 for one night. For that price I think that parking should be included. We had to pay £15 on top for parking.

Excellent studio style hotel room, very convenient for city centre
Pros:

Very comfortable stay. Very close to the city centre, but felt very quiet. It was less than 10 minutes walk to the historic city centre.

Fantastic stay at Roomzzz
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Roomzzz, the location is around an 18 minute walk into York city centre but it is very quiet with a beautiful river view (and the park next door is beautiful!). The reception staff were very friendly and the room was lovely, the only things were that we had no hand soap left in our room and there was some paint coming off the walls. We would definitely come back again!

Great stay in a peaceful, convenient location
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Roomzzz York. It was hassle free, everything worked and the smart studio room was really big with a sofa and a lovely river view. The coffee and croissant breakfast is a nice touch. An easy walk into york, partly along the riverside around 15 minutes to the station or the Clifford Tower area, double that to the Minster. It was great value as we booked through a special offer but standard prices seem very fair. Would recommend this accommodation.

Great apartment fitted with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Warm welcome at reception. Perfectly located a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and a bonus to have on site parking.

Pros:

Bright, modern and spacious room. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Good kitchenette, and we were able to sterilise our baby’s bottles in the microwave which made our first trip away with her so much easier. Onsite parking was really helpful. Great location on the river, and a quick walk away into the city centre.

N/A - I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Super modern aparthotel. Cooking facility. Free croissants and coffee for breakfast. Quiet Riverside location. Easy fairly level walk into York centre.Great shower and comfy large king sized bed. Outdoor space to enjoy in the evening.
