Price and availability
Location. Bus station was nearby but interval was long and barely any taxi unless you can use (our case, we couldn’t). No restaurant nearby. It was also being used mainly by couples who come here for “fun” for a few hours. Not a family style hotel.

This hotel is a kind of a love-affair hotel. I thought it would be a business hotel. I don't want to search any hotels via Expedia website anymore.
Poor
1) unstable wifi connections: it is hard to use my room wifi stably - no-secure connection: I should have paid for wifi for my business purposes for 10 days
2) smells smoke in and around room: they let guests smoke? - it is illegal!
3) dark around the hotel: not too far from station but it is hard to walk there because it is very dark around
4) no individual room temperature control - it is too warm and there is no way to control temperature - unacceptable!
5) denied to refund for early check/move out - I wanted to move out for smoke smell, unsecure wifi, and inconvenient to public transportation but they refused to it

Good size room for the price. A bit of a long ride into the heart of the city by metro but it is on line 3 so that’s nice. It was clean. Pretty good.
