Pros:

Only problem was breakfast. Was busy & staff couldn't keep up. Result was very little food available while we were there. Everything else was wonderful especially the staff (except kitchen).

Pros:

Staff were very friendly. I was surprised when on checking in there was a $50 extra charge for my dog, as I had indicated on registration that I would have my dog with me and there was then no indication that there would be an extra charge for the animal.

Cons:

The air conditioning or fan was a little loud.

Home away from home
Pros:

Fully equipped, lovely suite. We walked to the nearby grocery store that the front desk kindly directed us to, cooked in, and watched a Netflix movie.

Parfait pour séjour de quelques jours en famille
Pros:

Le studio est parfait en famille. Bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et faire la vaisselle. Le barbecue était une belle surprise!! L'emplacement est bien pour faire des excursions comme les Bonnechere Caves, plages, Alonquin...le personnel est très sympa! La piscine a été très appréciée par les enfants et la salle de fitness par moi-même :)

Cons:

Les couverts en plastique au petit déjeuner, mais ça on l'a vu dans tous les hôtels dans cette gamme au Canada.
