Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower was nice overall, but the showerhead in my room had several of the sprayer openings clogged, which limited the water from spraying out.
Fluffy beds, wonderful!!! shower,, breakfast offered lots of choices.
Not being able to get across property due to construction (surprise!), towels had seen better days.

The room was super clean and nice. The staff was friendly.
It was undergoing construction remodeling. No lobby we had to check in through a side door in small room. The hall floor and elevator door was not finished. The highway noise was pretty loud in our room.

The pet fee is exorbitant. The going rate is $15-30 per pet. I won't be staying here again if I'm traveling with a pet.

Property was under renovation. Breakfast area was very small and over crowded. Property is in a good location and was easy to find.
No access to the front reception . A total pain with luggage…one elevator. We met others with the same terrible impression of the hotel. They should have mentioned they were renovating and the many inconveniences we would encounter…
Premium price for dull rooms , old style with nothing redeeming! Should be half price. Stay somewhere else and save. Do Not waist your money here!
