L'hôtel a été loué pour la fête d'une école. Notre chambre donnait sur le jardin dans lequel les jeunes ont fait la fête jusqu'à 1h du matin avec la musique à fond.

Pros:

La ubicación y vistas son espectaculares. Habitacion amplia. El personal muy amable

Cons:

La habitación cerca de la recepción muy ruidosa por huéspedes a altas horas de la mañana. Algún descuido en la limpieza del baño. Las consumiciones en la cafetería no acompañadas ni por una aceituna (con la cocina cerrada)

Peor de lo esperado

Limpieza, piscina, diseño de la habitación y vistas desde la habitación.

Cons:

Cola de 35 personas para hacer el check in y cerca de 40 minutos de espera, sin agua de cortesía en recepción durante la espera ni después tampoco en la habitación. Pedimos una habitación específicamente LEJOS de zonas de paso/ascensores y nos adjudicaron una habitación lo más CERCA de los ascensores que había. Los aparcamientos estrechísimos hasta para coches pequeños. Nos echaron educadamente de la piscina porque había una boda y sin compensación alguna. La insonorización de la habitación deplorable, imposible tener silencio y descansar. Además había un montón de eventos, grupos y celebraciones el mismo día, nada de tener una estancia relajante. Nos quejamos a recepción del ruido de los grupos porque fue desesperante. En resumen, muy peor de lo esperado.

Hotel provided basic bed, breakfast & parking.
Pros:

There is no food service between 16:00 and 20:00 hrs, a time when many clients are arriving. We drove to the hotel, a 6 hour journey from Costa Blanca, expecting some food. Staff disinterested as have heard this request many times.
Hotel overall needs updating, a certain charm but modern facilities are not a part of this charm. We use this hotel as a stop over for the Cruise Port in Barcelona, most patrons would probably not stay again.
One good point is the breakfast, this is a must !
