Pros:

Easy check in and decent location

Cons:

There was only working water in one room so I had to walk downstairs and wait for everyone else in the place to use the one toilet/shower. Staff did not inform me of this, but a girl staying in my room did. The whole place also had a strange and unpleasant smell.

Pros:

Nothing. Checked in to this called "hotel" but when I reached to the room the state of it is unbearable. I had to make a rush decision to book and go somewhere else. DO NOT BOOK IS A SCAM!

Cons:

I should have taken a few pictures and I want a full refund as I did not stay there at all! It was for 2 nights! Book somewhere else please!

Just OK
Pros:

Location is good for anyone wanting to have the bukit bintang vibe. The bunk beds with a roll down screen in a 4 person bedroom is just good enough for a one night stay to get some rest. No frills, other special amenities, it is after all, a 2 star type accommodation

Cons:

Stairs up to the 2nd floor were steep and dark, good luck with carrying heavy /large bags. Toilets although in separate cubicles and private, were very small with no space left for changing into dry clothes after showering and absolutely no hangers or shelves to put aside clothes. Lockers are
without usable locks. Being in an area full of bars and late night parties, getting a quiet sleep is close to impossible.

Mr Wali was so helpful. He helped me on where to get my phone fixed, where to have the best affordable food, and he ensured I felt safe and welcome at Hexa. Would come back again
