I took a solo / staycation trip. I wanted to have a peaceful day/night to myself. Gabriella, De’dra, and Richard were amazing. Great attitudes. Smiles. Very accommodating. 10/10. Rooms were amazing and very clean. 1st time staying at this property and it won’t be the last.
The property is conveniently located to my work and wide range of food and entertainment. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. You cannot beat the value, in my opinion they should be charging more. The building must be very well built because it’s located next to the interstate and I can’t hear any outside noise or other rooms. The service here is the main reason I continue to stay, the staff is very welcoming and the people working in their restaurant are second to none, super nice and considerate. As a Hilton Diamond for life patron I rate this property my favorite in all the places I stayed at for business travel.
I stayed for about three weeks. It is a comfortable hotel that is easy to get to and close to the airport, shopping, and Park Circle. I appreciate that they have a hotel onsite and very friendly staff. Cheryl hosts breakfast during the week and is the nicest lady. I had not been to Charleston for nearly a year and a half, but somehow when I came back this time she remembered me. when I come to Charleston next I plan to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport again. Thank you all, and especially Cheryl!
No mini fridge
Jasmin P. greeted us with such warmth and friendliness that we felt at home the moment we arrived. She handled every request with professionalism and efficiency, and when a small issue came up with our reservation, she solved it quickly and effortlessly. Jasmine is a true asset to this hotel and the reason we will absolutely be coming back!
Quick, very responsive, very courteous. Convenient to the Contention Center by Shuttle and near the airport.
My husband and I came with my in-laws. The stay was excellent! From the front desk a smooth check-in, to the comfort of the room.
But the highlight was the service for breakfast. The food was good and hot but Cheryl provided exceptional service. She made us feel like we were family.

As a flight attendant, I've stayed at this hotel during layovers several times. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers are always friendly. However, one employee, Cheryl, a server during breakfast hours, is fantastic 👌 I'm always happy when she's there. She's so sweet and attentive. Love her!
