I liked the location of the property. Facility was clean and up to date. Hotel staff were very friendly.
Probably the difficulty it was to exit there and merge into the road
This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The front desk staff was exceptional especially Jasmine and Ms Cheryl was the best. She was kind, very attentive and got our orders right with a smile. Mr Eli Blake was great and nice and helpful. We will be back. I didnt like the bombardment for tips. If they lift a straw, they want a tip.
Amazing Service at Hilton Garden Inn – Charleston Airport, SC!
My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn – Charleston Airport was outstanding from start to finish. I would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk staff who worked on Friday and Saturday, as well as the maintenance team led by Mike.
When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was not working. Considering South Carolina had been experiencing temperatures over 100°F and I was in town for a family reunion, this could have easily put a damper on my stay. Instead, Mike responded quickly and had the AC up and running while I was downstairs enjoying the family reunion meet-and-greet with relatives and friends. Because of his prompt response, I never had to worry about returning to an uncomfortably hot room.
As a retired senior military member and an Organization Director with the Department of Defense, I truly appreciate exceptional customer service. The professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment demonstrated by the staff are excellent examples of what outstanding hospitality should look like.
I also want to recognize the Sunday breakfast staff. Although I didn’t get the young lady’s name, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure our breakfast experience was enjoyable from beginning to end.
There really isn’t a better hotel brand to trust. Thank you to the entire team at the Hilton Garden Inn – Charleston Airport for making our family reunion weekend so enjoyable. Keep up the outstanding work!
Great location, nice clean room, great job whoever cleaned room 535! But the real shout out is to Cheryl at the restaurant! Cheryl always had a smile on her face and welcome everyone that came to the restaurant. She was very friendly, talkative, engaging. She made sure my order was right and I had everything I everything I needed. She makes you want to come back.
We are here for an indefinite extended stay because our son’s apartment burned down. The staff here, specifically Anthony and Cheryl, have so very welcoming and sensitive to our circumstances which has made it so much easier for us to concentrate on helping our son find a new place to live and rebuild after losing everything!
The staff is very friendly but Ms. Cheryl in the mornings, is fun & sweet. She remembered my simple order but the fact she remembered is a plus for me. She greets with a smile and end with a smile
I stayed at this hotel for a work trip. It was very nice and clean. We had breakfast every morning and Cheryl served us. She was a delight! She made sure we had everything we needed and more!
This hotel was one of the most accommodating places I have ever stayed. The staff is amazing. They are genuinely friendly and courteous people. It started with the shuttle driver when I was picked up from the airport being an exceptionally friendly and professional guy. From there moment I walked on the lobby, every employee I encountered was outgoing and willing to help. Great people, great rooms and all around great experience.
