The hotel was clean, service was wonderful and a big thank you to the chef and Sheryl the omelet and breakfast service was awesome and the other young ladies. I will definitely be back to stay.
The door to the room had to be given a strong push to open. Toilet bowl would clang against the wall - every time you used it. Air filter needed to be changed. Had allergies from the dust and couldn't sleep.
Front desk was nice at check-in but left at 6:30 (daylight), canceled plans I had made in Charleston - so I could go home and get some sleep.
The auditor checked me out - said others had same complaints. Didn't say sorry or offer any other support.
Manager called because of my complaint and she had an attitude from the start. Told me she couldn't comp the room because I booked thru booking.com. Never asked for my room to be comped. Just wanted some sort of apology for a wasted night of my life and lost money.
Room difficults , attitude of night auditor and manager who called. Never experienced such a bad stay - room and staff.

Had a great time here while I was down here for work. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Everyone seemed in a great mood and a great attitude. Made the stay enjoyable! Would recommend this place to everyone. Everything was also clean and the service was great.
I'm here quite often for business as this is a transient stop where the company provides lodging. Front desk is always amazing, but this is a shout out to the hotel driver "Mr. Kim," who picked me up from the airport. His spirit was very pleasant like I had meet him before. It was such a short ride, but our conversation was so enlighten as he chated about his grandkids and I gotta say the love he shares for them is very admirable.
It was a joy to be in the Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport location. The Texas College Association held their All White Gala event here. The food was delicious!!! Breakfast buffet included. They prepared a spread for lunch just for us. Price was great $. Cheryl has worked overtime to make sure each person had all the wanted and needed.

After a delayed late night flight we were welcomed by the warm personality of front desk attendant Najaieh. Traveling with a family of four and two small pets, we arrived in the wee hours of the morning for only a one night stay. We were extended a late checkout, Definitely a pet friendly environment. We rested well and had a great breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.
This was the perfect hotel. It is beautiful. It looks like it was recently renovated. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I was thankful for the staff who helped to accommodate me and my family as we are new to traveling with a toddler. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Charleston.
Room next door were loud all night, two nights in a row. When I complained, the front desk person said they can't do anything about it, because the people in the room paid their money too. There is no quiet time. Bovine squat. I paid for a quiet night. Each day of our three night stay, housekeeping are watching their Spanish programs on their phones instead of working or screwing around in rooms. WTF is going on with management
