quite good, but a bit bad
Pros:

It was really hard to give an objective opinion about the hotel. From one side - there are positive things: like the great support and commitment of the staff, it was very, very clean, as hotel was recently renovated, the electrical kettle and small fridge, the bed was comfortable, location of the hotel (practically in the center of the town, not far from shopping mall, restaurants, bars etc), a number of TV channels, the silence around the hotel at night. From the other side - please refer to the next section.

Cons:

And dislikes: the size of the room. I booked 28 sqm room, got much, much smaller (to be honest after 2 days I was suggested to move to bigger room but eventually I refused); the hotel is very small (only 6 rooms in total), it is open during the day only, but you have a code to get in. Breakfasts are served, but the variety of food was really limited (maybe negotiations would help). This could be easily improved. Moreover - in some toilets there were no plastic seats (!) - difficult to find a reason for that. I found a lot of negative comments from guests, but most of them were not true. Finally - in general quite good, but a bit bad. I would recommend hotel for a short stay.

Per una veloce visita alla città e dintorni.
Pros:

Ottima posizione centrale a 2 passi dalla Piazza Skanderbeg. La reception si trova in un vicoletto nascosto, e le nostre stanze a 100mt attraverso un incrocio di vicoli dall'aspetto alquanto pauroso. Appartamento spazioso, comodo e rinnovato, ma senza pulizia nei 3 giorni di soggiorno: probabilmente non prevista, ma non specificata su Booking.
Buon rapporto comunque tra il prezzo d il servizio offerto. Adatto per gruppi di amici non esigenti.

Cons:

L'accesso alle stanze, distanti dalla reception, con percorso buio di sera. Colazione soddisfacente.
