Nicht schlecht aber auch kein 5-Sterne Standard.
Pros:

Das beste ist sicher die Zimmergrösse. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und das ist für ein Stadthotel ein riesen Plus. Auch waren wir froh, dass das Hotel eine Tiefgarage besitzt. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben deshalb auch super geschlafen.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war es auch sehr staubig. Auf dem Möbel mit der Minibar war z.B. sehr viel Staub und auch die Kaffeemaschine war sehr staubig. Zudem fanden wir Haare im Badezimmer, sowie auf dem Sofa. Das Sofa selber war schon sehr zersessen und leider auch voll mit goldigem Glitzer, so dass wir es nicht benutzen konnten. Zusätzlich fanden wir Abfall der Gäste vor uns (abgeschnittene Plastikbänder von neu gekaufter Kleidung) auf dem Boden.

Das Personal war freundlich aber leider wurden wir beim Check-Out nicht gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Somit wird ein Feedback seitens der Gäste nicht animiert.

Very good for families with kids!
Pros:

We liked everything. Even though it was stated on the website and also confirmed at the reception that the sauna operates from 6 a.m., I noticed a sign in the sauna area saying it is turned on at 8 a.m. However, after reporting this issue at the reception, it was arranged that during my stay, the sauna would be available from 6 a.m. (this was for one day only, but I really appreciate this attitude and the professionalism of the hotel staff).
