Zum weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders praktisch ist der große Parkplatz sowie die saubere Tiefgarage, wodurch man sich auch mit dem Auto sehr wohlfühlt.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: In etwa 20–25 Minuten erreicht man bequem den Bahnhof und in rund 35 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Pizzeria, die wir sehr empfehlen können – das Essen dort war ausgezeichnet. Außerdem ist ein Conad-Supermarkt nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich unkompliziert macht.
Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine gute Anbindung, Sauberkeit und freundlichen Service schätzen.

Cons:

Leider kein Balkon vorhanden, das hat uns etwas gefehlt. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Hotel ma wybitne położenie. Styka się z linią brzegową. Leżaki, basen, stoliki wszystko przenika się z panoramą Gardy. Rewelacjami są: [1] widok z okna na Gardę, [2] odległość 300 metrów do przystani, z której odpływają statki po jeziorze. Hotel ma wysoki standard - faktyczne 4 gwiazdki. Zaletą jest spokój, potencjał wypoczynku, piękne widoki. Śniadania bardzo dobre.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. Es grenzt direkt an die Uferpromenade. Liegestühle, Pool und Tische verschmelzen mit dem Panorama des Gardasees. Besonders hervorzuheben sind: [1] der Blick vom Fenster auf den Gardasee, [2] die Entfernung von nur 300 Metern zum Bootsanleger, von dem aus die Schiffe auf den See fahren. Das Hotel hat einen hohen Standard – tatsächlich 4 Sterne. Die Vorteile sind die Ruhe, die Erholungsmöglichkeiten und die schönen Aussichten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe jest dodatkowe kasowanie gości za wstęp do spa. Niewarte 40 euro zapłacenie za bufet kolacyjny. Nieco tańsze mogłby być butelki win do kolacji.
Es ist sehr unangebracht, von den Gästen zusätzlich eine Eintrittsgebühr für das Spa zu verlangen. Das Abendbuffet ist die 40 Euro nicht wert. Die Preise für die Weinflaschen zum Abendessen sollten etwas niedriger sein.

La spa non è gestita dall'hotel. É piuttosto piccola, così come la piscina. Conviene prenotare l'ingresso per evitare che ci siano troppe persone e non consentano l'accesso.
