Magnifique hôtel
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, Adriana très agréable et aux petits soins ainsi que le reste de l'équipe. Confort, propreté, tout y est. Nous reviendrons!

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre mais c'est un détail. Ils nous ont beaucoup arrangé! Tout était super!

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. Les deux jeunes filles présentes le samedi après midi étaient souriantes, gentilles. Pareil pour le personnel croisés dimanche matin !

Idéalement situé, et très accueillant.
Pros:

Un personnel toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider. Chambre propre; très bien situé par rapport au parc des expositions, et proche du tram direct vers le centre ville et la gare.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct, mais rien d’exceptionnel.

Cons:

L accueil téléphonique lord de la réservation. Apparemment si on réserve par booking ce n est pas approprié. Par contre à notre arrivée le personnel a été très gentil et avenant.

Comfortabel en verzorgd hotel
Pros:

Locatie op loopafstand van expositie-/conferentieruimte La Beaujoire. Kamer heel schoon, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Kamer is klein.

Un hôtel propre, élégant, pratique et accueillant mais sans plus.
Pros:

Hôtel neuf, propre, bien situé, facile d’accès. Deco agréable et personnel très aimable. Ingrédients du petit déjeuner de qualité supérieure.

Cons:

L’accès au parking est payant : c’est un peu mesquin. La ventilation des chambres est insuffisante et la climatisation n’est activée que l’été, il faut donc dormir fenêtre ouverte. La douche à l’italienne est très étroite et le bac en acrylique est une vraie patinoire dès qu’il est mouillé d’eau savonneuse. Le confort des lits est basique et le deuxième jeu d’oreillers était dépourvu de taies.

Personnel aimable et très professionnel, literie très confortable, chambre et hôtel très propre.
Pros:

Rien à redire sur cet établissement, c’est la 3ème fois que j’y sejourne. Le personnel est très agréable.
