Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

The room and bathroom were great size. The price I paid was good. The breakfast had a lot of different options to choose from. The hotel was conveniently close to everything we wanted to see. The customer service was fantastic. I did think it was quite comical that the person helping us at the front desk had an "in training" pin on eventhough she was well knowledgeable about the job. We would definitively stay here again.

Cons:

I can't say there was anything not to like about staying here.

O Hotel está bem localizado. Os quartos tinham uma boa dimensão, tudo limpo. Os funcionários muito simpáticos. Bom pequeno almoço.

Pros:

Oversold room that was booked and confirmed through Bonvoy. Night staff could not (or would not) request approval to book substitute Marriot Property or otherwise compensate. Corporate unhelpful. Brand standards have collapsed.

Great option for downtown Louisville.
Pros:

We were in Louisville for the night. This was a great option for downtown Louisville - comfortable, clean, friendly, good vibe.

Cons:

HVAC was a bit noisy, but that’s the case with all budget hotels. This wasn’t too bad at least. And it worked well, so all good.
Would have been nice to have a freezer. Lots of folks travel with meds that require cold temps, so have ice packs that need re-freezing after a drive. Your folks (Bryce - our fabulous front desk super-hero! 5/5 stars for Bryce!) kept it in a freezer for us, so all good.
