Cons:

There is no elevator. The rooms are from 2nd to 4th floor. The staff were happy to bring my luggage up to the room.

メトロでもバスでも空港へ行くことが出来る
Pros:

今回帰国時メトロ空港線が運休になりましたが、
このホテルの場所はメトロ駅に近いだけでなく徒歩でアクサライのハバイストバス停にも行くことが出来ます。
そのため混乱せずにスムースに空港へ行くことが出来ました。
改めて場所の便利さがホテル選びでは重要だと思いました。

Cons:

キッチンのスタッフが新しい人になっていました。
悪いわけではありませんが正直前回の人の方がお料理が美味しかったです。
８時から朝食ですが温かいお料理が出てくるのが、日本人的には、少し遅いと思います。
食べ終わる頃になってから卵料理が出てきたのが残念です。
ホテルが悪いわけではありませんが年配ロシア人女性団体客の民度の低さには驚かされました。
禁止と書いて貼ってあるのにも関わらず、堂々と紅茶を水筒に詰め替えたり、タッパーウェアに果物やおかずをお持ち帰りしていました。

El hotel esta muy bien. Habitacion y baño limpio. El dueño es muy amable, me dejo usar microondas, vajilla, pava electrica...
Hay 2 habitaciones por piso, es muy familiar.

Cons:

No hablan nada de ingles, por lo que toda conversacion son señas o traductor. La habitacion esta el el 4to piso (sin ascensor) y esta la escalera que da a la terraza, por lo q es bastante ruidoso.
En la terraza se fuma y se sirve desayuno.
8.30 am y el olor a cigarrillo en pleno desayuno es repugnante.

La disponibilità dello staff, soprattutto del signore che anche non sapendo nulla di inglese, con il suo traduttore si faceva capire ed era molto gentile.
Camera semplicissima con tutto il necessario.
Bella la terrazzina dove riposare dopo una giornata stancante

Cons:

Essere accolti con un receptionist che non parla una parola di inglese non è stato un bel impatto, si è rifatto dopo facendoci scegliere la camera tra due disponibili.

pratique et bien situé
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, proche du métro, du tram, du Grand Bazar et à quelques minutes à pied des principales attractions.
Les chambres sont nettoyées fréquemment et les serviettes changées.
Petit déjeuner en buffet, de 8h à 10h, très bien.

Cons:

La chambre partagée pour quatre femmes est vraiment petite et la hauteur de lit ne permet pas d’être assise. De plus, si la configuration de la chambre est conforme aux photos, le rendu était bien meilleur en photo qu'en réalité.
Malgré tout, je recommande

В отеле чисто, тараканов нет. Можно включить отопление если холодно в номере. Персонал отзывчивый. Завтраки вкусные. Есть весы в отеле, можно взвесить чемодан. Расположение отличное. Метро, трамвай, автобусы рядом. Почти каждый приезд останавливаюсь в этом отеле.
