Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

La amabilidad de los camareros de la terraza de la piscina. La buena insonorización de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La falta de intimidad en la terraza, que no hubiera techo en la terraza. La falta de amabilidad y atención del personal de recepción cuando el hotel se quedó sin agua, sin avisar y sin ofrecer un servicio compensando esa falta básica de suministro en un hotel de 4 estrellas. La falta de calidad y diversidad de opciones en el desayuno.

Bellissima struttura ma qualità del cibo pessima

Struttura tenuta bene, bungalow delle giuste dimensioni, anche per una coppia con bambino e cane, piscina impeccabile, personale, cortese ed efficiente. In linea generale, tenuto molto bene

Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel bungalow 75, purtroppo nel bungalow c’è bisogno di una ristrutturazione minima, qualche pezzo del bagno era arrugginito, precisamente la colonna doccia, da più punti della struttura uscivano le formiche e le ante dell’armadio erano difettose e difficili d’aprire.
Per quanto riguarda la cucina è pessima, il cibo è di bassa qualità e spesso con un sapore vecchio o rancido, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la colazione dolce, tutti prodotti industriali di scarsissima qualità, oltretutto anche pochissima scelta, non avevano nemmeno i cornetti un prodotto si trovano in qualsiasi hotel, ad esempio, una mattina la mia compagna voleva farsi un toast e persino il pane aveva un sapore che andava dal rancido a un retrogusto di aglio, poi per il pranzo abbiamo avuto la sensazione che utilizzassero i scarti della sera prima e per la cena, la qualità non migliorava. Tutto questo ha portato a mio figlio di 5 anni e la mia compagna una gastroenterite e anche io ho avuto dei problemi l’ultimo giorno di permanenza. Questo purtroppo ci ha rovinato metà dei giorni di permanenza a Gran Canaria.

Hotel tranquilo y agradable, un poco a desmano. Habitaciones muy amplias.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es la tranquilidad y el silencio y el tamaño de la habitación. El personal es muy agradable también.
El desayuno muy correcto. No tanto la carta de almuerzos o cenas.
Necesario coche para todo, el hotel está a desmano.

Cons:

El servicio de habitaciones flojo. No cambian toallas ni te hacen la habitación el domingo. No había el kit mínimo del lavabo, ni siquiera un jabón de mano. Cobran depósito de garantía para todo (toallas de playa, caja fuerte).

Fint og behagelig basseng område. Hotellet er rent, ryddig og pent. Hyggelig personal.

Cons:

Maten. Alt for lite og dårlig . Hadde forventet bedre mat og utvalg. Ble så skuffet. Mann får ikke drikke til middagen, serveres ikke kaffe til middag og lunsj heller. Må kjøpes både drikke og kaffe . Beliggenhet er dårlig. Langt i fra alt. Trenger taxi overalt.
Rommet er ikke laget for å slappe av. Sofaen er så liten og ukomfortabel. Likte ikke å være på rommet. Hadde maur på rommet hele tiden.

Pros:

Las instalaciones siempre limpias. Es mi segunda vez aquí y repetiré. El personal encantador y la comida variada y muy buena. Además amenizan las cenas con música en directo, estupenda experiencia.

Cons:

La ubicación, es maravillosa si buscas tranquilidad, pero necesitas coche para moverte por los alrededores.

Espetacular
Pros:

Espaço muito bom, simpatia dos funcionários, sempre prestáveis. Adoramos a piscina. Tudo muito comido. Estacionamento fácil e gratuito. Tudo 5 estrelas. Já é a segunda vez e penso em voltar. Recomendo vivamente.
