Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 15 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

A szálloda felülmúlta az elképzeléseinket minden szempontból. Kényelmes szobák, hatalmas fűtött medencék, igényes rendezett kert, bőséges mennyiségű napozóágy, hogy mindenki elférjen, és ne kelljen hajnalban rohanni a törölközővel ágyat foglalni. A reggeli leírhatatlanul pazar és változatos volt. Sok szállodában jártam már, de ilyet még nem láttam. Bármikor visszamennénk.

Cons:

A szoba takarítása kissé felületes volt, és takarító eszköz sem állt rendelkezésünkre, hogy összesöpörjünk időnként magunk után.

El desayuno correcto, mas o menos siempre había lo mismo para desayunar

La poca o escasa iluminación para llegar al hotel. Si vas en coche, bien, pero como te quieras mover andando a algún sitio, como vuelvas de noche tienes que llevar la linterna del móvil pq no se ve nada.
Tuvimos un problema el segundo día, al volver al hotel por la noche, al entrar en el baño estaba todo lleno de unos bichitos con alas (que no digo en ningún momento que sea por falta de limpieza, entiendo que al estar en una zona con bastante vegetación es lo más normal). La chica que estaba en recepción, enseguida nos ofreció cambiar a otra habitación, la cual, antes de hacerlo ella misma entro a comprobar que estaba perfectamente limpia para entrar esa noche, y avisando para hacer a la mañana siguiente una limpieza profunda, por si acaso.

Rustig gelegen, met fijne, comfortabele bungalows.
Goed, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Onderhoud van de bungalows verdient wel enige aandacht.
Er moet apart betaald worden voor gebruik van het kluisje op de (slaap)kamer.
Lopend is er veel bereikbaar in de omgeving ; echter jammer dat de straten rond het resort niet verlicht zijn.

Stay away; Not worth it, far away and not good enough for the price you pay.

Some of the servers and cleaning ladies were nice. The room was okay, but nothing more than just okay

Cons:

Advertised as 4 stars, but it is 2 stars max. The food, the buffet was horrible. Not a lot of choices, food was old and cold. It just didnt look appetizing at all. Arriving at the buffet the first time was quite a shock. Some examples; beef stew was fine. Potatoes/fries were always tasting really old and chewy. Some dishes which were supposed to be hot, were cold. There just never was enough variety or options during a night.


Ladies at reception were not extremely helpful, for example; i needed to buy water (2,50 for 2,5 L is fine, complementary drinking water not included and tap water is not advised). The lady said “go behind that door and take it yourself”. That is not 4 star service in my opinion. Payed 1400 for 6 nights, which was far too much. I can recommend some other hotels which are much better for the same price.

Complejo espectacular
Pros:

Visitamos el complejo con familia y el entorno del hotel era magnifico.
Las zonas comunes muy bonitas y la ubicación muy buena.
El parking gratuito nos facilito mucho la estancia
El bufet a nivel de desayuno muy bueno y variado
