Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Agradable y tranquila
Pros:

Desayunos y cenas variados y productos frescos y de buena calidad.
El alojamiento ,tipo individual muy cómodo, limpio y tanto el aire acondicionado,como la ducha,el.pequeño frigorífico con funcionamiento mas que aceptables

El personal,en general.muy agradable y esucado

El estar alejado de la playa,establecimiento,zonas de ocio,etc. Lo que requiere utilización de.vehículo para desplazarse.

El buffet del desayuno muy bueno y abundante.
La limpieza y tranquilidad del recinto extraordinarias, así como la amabilidad y atención prestada por los trabajadores/as del hotel.

Cons:

Por la tarde/noche echamos de menos un poco de entrenamiento, alguna actuación...el ambiente que normalmente hay en un hotel de vacaciones.
Toallas de ducha pequeñas.

Superbe séjour d'une semaine en famille au Duna Golf.
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel au camp International lui permet d'être proche du centre MASPALOMAS tout en permettant un séjour au calme. L'hôtel est bien dimensionné entre le nombre de chambres et la place au buffet et à la piscine. On ne se marche pas sur les pieds pour accéder à un transat. Notre chambre avait une superbe vue sur le golf. Le buffet matin et soir était varié et les menus changeaient très régulièrement. Le personnel était au petit soin

Pros:

Struttura molto bella, pulita e curata nei minimi particolari. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione e cena internazionale molto abbondante, molto variegata e di buona qualità. I mini appartamenti sono nuovi e dotati di tutti i confort. Parcheggio grande, gratuito. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima, l'isola è molto bella e pulita.
