Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Krásné prostředí, velké a čisté apartmány, v kuchyni je vše potřebné. Hřiště pro děti, výborné snídaně. Opravdu velice milý a nápomocný personál😊 za nás 10/10!!

Pros:

El personal, sobre todo la chica de recepción muy amable nos explicó todo de maravilla.
El hotel esta muy limpio, las habitaciones grandes y las piscinas calientes, todo un acierto haberlo cogido

Por poner algo, hay que andar como media hora para llegar a la playa o 5 min en coche y aparcar

Pros:

En general las instalaciones te invitan a la relajación, aunque se estaba reformando la piscina para adultos y no se pudo usar durante unos días.
Tiene 2 gimnasios y una zona al aire libre para hacer ejercicio.
Tienen zona de aparcamiento gratuito que se agradece.

Cons:

Los colchones eran demasiado blandos y se hundían en el centro. Nos despertábamos por la mañana con dolor de espalda.
El desayuno completo pero no de calidad salientable. Para mi gusto la hora de comienzo del mismo (08:00am) debería ser más temprana.
El gel de ducha y el champú no nos gustó, pero solo porque no hacían espuma alguna y parecía que no estabas aplicando nada. Es un gusto personal.

Very good hotel, logistically a bit far from the centre.
Pros:

Very well kept hotel, reception staff and cleaning staff super friendly. The facilities were great, swimming pool area very nicely cleaned. Restaurant for lunch also good and the breakfast was super.

Cons:

Unfortunately the location of the hotel is logistically not close to the centre, because you need to go all around to reach it. In regards of the buffet dinner at the hotel we paid 26€ but there wasn't much selection to be honest, compared to the great breakfast.
