Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.
Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.
Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 18 per night, per pet will be applied.
Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

De locatie was niet super, je moest wel met de auto naar het centrum.
Très jolie hôtel où nous avons séjourne quelques jours fin avril.

Il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour se rendre dans des lieux a proximité ( dunes, restaurants,etc)
Gute Basis, um den Süden zu erkunden. Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Bungalow war zu 2. perfekt. Schrank ist im Schlafzimmer vorhanden und viele Ablegeflächen. Bei unserem Bett war eine Matratze durch einen anderen Gast beschädigt worden. Innerhalb eines Tages wurde diese getauscht. Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und definitiv schallisoliert. Wir haben nichts von unseren Nachbarn gehört, was mir sehr wichtig ist. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Die Zimmer waren in unserem Urlaub in diesem Hotel am saubersten.
Der Buffetbereich könnte vergrößert werden, da schon ein starkes Gedränge beim Frühstück war.

The rooms were very spacious, staff were friendly, it was clean and good value for money.
it was a little bit far out and the walk not fully lit on the way back from Meloneras. Woild have loved a spa.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and pool a lot! Staff was very nice and helpfull. It was very easy to book trips, rent a car, get a taxi all right there at the hotel reception, so that was very nice!
If you are into walking to the center or walking to the dunes/beach, this location is not very nice. You cannot walk through the golf course so you have to walk all the way around it. Making it a 40 minute walk to the busy areas in Maspalomas. If you are with a car however the location is very nice because is quite near the highway.
Oh WOW. We don't remember when last time we felt like this in the hotel. THE STAFF WAS JUST AMAZING!!! Everyone was so attentive and nice, from reception to night guard, cleaning service and Restaurant.
Plus the hotel has a great location and is super quiet!!!
