Important information:

Guests of the complex are not permitted to receive visitors. Only guests may use the swimming pool and facilities.

Guests with half-board have a dining schedule from 18:30 to 20:30 in the Restaurant.

The reception is open from 08:00 to 23:00. Outside these ours there is a security guard that can help guests with check-ins.

Please note that only pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos is allowed. A supplement of EUR 15 per night, per pet will be applied.

Half board rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner.

Please note that all pools are heated from November to April.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

A very beautiful, clean, and modern hotel. The pools are large and there are plenty of sun loungers available. The staff are friendly. The room was spacious and airy, and the bathroom was comfortable. There is a sufficiently large parking area on the hotel premises. If you have a car, the location is very convenient. The cocktails at the pool bar were tasty and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The food selection and quality are rather average. In the mornings, the hot food was already cold even though we arrived right at the beginning of breakfast. If you do not have a car, the location may be less convenient, as the hotel is a bit far from the center and the streets are not well lit in the evenings.

Szép környezet, kiváló reggeli, kedves és segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Az elhelyezkedés, mert autó nélkül minden hosszú sétára van, a semmi közepén. Ha nem süt a nap, melegvíz 3-5 percig van, rossz idő esetén elég kellemetlen.

Ansonsten war es wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt!

Super Anlage,
Essen war lecker

Cons:

Manchmal kein Warmwasser oder nach 5min schon kein warme Wasser mehr vorhanden.
War Glück oder Pech - je nach dem ob die Nachbarn bereits geduscht hatten oder nicht.
War für mich ein großer Nachteil, da es im März noch etwas kühler am Abend wird und eine warme dusche gut tut.

Emplacement au top , proximité des dunes et des plages !

Cons:

Buffets pas réellement au niveau d'un 4 étoiles ! Prix Consommations à table excessifs ! 1 bouteille d'eau ,non bouchée ??? à 2,40 € !!!!

Pros:

Frühstücksraum ist neu und es war gut! Service hier sehr freundlich! Aber man lässt die Gaeste aussen rauchen-obwohl es nur 3 Rauchertische gibt

Zimmerkategorie Golfplatzview ist wohl neu!An der Reception nicht gerade die freundlichsten! Sonst wir der Garten gut gepflegt und die Zimmermädchen sind fleissig!Poolanlage schön!

Wonderful stay, peaceful atmosphere and exceptional staff — we will definitely come back!!
Pros:

We are visiting from France and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great – the room, the calm and quiet atmosphere, the restaurant, and the overall experience. We really appreciated the peaceful environment.

The staff was exceptional, especially Nicoleta and her colleagues, who were very kind and professional.

We were so satisfied with our stay that we already made another reservation for December. We highly recommend this place!

Für 3 Tage eine sehr schöne Unterkunft
