Cons:

It was undergoing construction & the front desk & all front main areas & elevators were messed up because of that.. I understand these things happen it’s just doesn’t make
For the best stay .. also had it been disclosed we probably would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere

Pros:

La cama cómoda. La habitación completa.

Cons:

El desayuno. El desorden del comedor. Falta de reposición de alimentos.
Encontramos la vajilla completa en el lavaplatos y mojada.
Falta gente que entienda español en la recepción.
En los pasillos había basura de otras habitaciones
El televisor solo tenía los canales locales en inglés. Sin conexión a Internet para que los extranjeros podamos ver otras cosas

Location was central

Cons:

Front desk staff were good. Housekeeping and front desk had no communication. We were given a room # and key. Walked a long distance to room. Opened the door and there were people in the bed. Oops, awkward. Front desk were upset that housekeeping didn't communicate room status. They were on the phone going back and forth blaming each other while I was waiting for a new room at 10 pm. Next morning woman at Front desk was kind and gave us a late checkout. 2 staff came to my door trying to find out why we were not out. The attention to detail in the hotel was poor.

La habitación muy bonita con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos muy limpio y en orden el personal muy amable la registration y la salida muy fácil honestamente me encantó 🙏🏼

100% will return. Excellent facilities, staff, and amenities. Super safe.
Pros:

I loved the 24/7 tea, coffee, and water bar. The free breakfast and happy hour was also a nice touch. Gym was also cool to use while traveling. Everything was clean, the staff were attentive, and I felt safe. This is important, especially in San Francisco with it's crime and homelessness.

Cons:

I wish there were more luggage carts. Guests seem to hoard them, not considering other guests' needs. Also wished the pool was working. It was under maintenance for over a week.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel hatte unmittelbare Nähe zum Interstate, welcher direkt in die Stadt führte.

Cons:

Ich habe bisher nie schlechte Erfahrungen mit Hotelpersonal in der USA gemacht. Hier aber war es so. Bei der Begrüßung habe ich schon gemerkt, dass das Personal eine genervte Art hatte und normale Infos wie Frühstückszeiten wurden nur auf Nachfrage beantwortet. Beim Frühstück hatte ich gefragt wo das Wasser steht. Hier wurde ich wieder genervt darauf hingewiesen, wo es steht. Vielleicht etwas mehr Freundlichkeit dem Gast entgegen bringen, wir zahlen schließlich den Lohn der Mitarbeiter.
