The property is large, clean, and had decent amenities.

Cons:

I definitely feel like we got the booking.com treatment with the room that we were given. We were putting in room 414 which is on the top floor at the very back corner of the property, directly next to a freeway offramp, the freeway and train tracks the bedroom itself was just completely noisy from all of the surroundings that I mentioned above. When it was time to go to sleep, I actually had to turn on the music from my cell phone just to drown out the noise of the traffic. I feel strongly that if I hadn’t booked on booking.com I would’ve been given a better more quiet room.

Гостиница расположена возле залива,очень красиво и можно гулять. В фойе всегда есть горячая и холодная вода,есть возможность сделать кофе или чай. Если есть какие- то просьбы,то они выполняются

Очень неудобный диван для того, кто должен спать в салоне,кухня очень маленькая,поэтому крышка от посудомоечной машины не открывается до конца, потому что она уже упирается в холодильник.

By all standards this is not a Hilton hotel. It looks more like typical Extended Stay America motel. Amenities? Pool is closed from the inside of the building. In order to get there you have to ask frontdeskman and he will route you thru the parking lot and will open the small service door behind the bushes. Morning breakfast was ok. Nothing special. As I said the variety of stuff was minimal (one plate of fruits, a couple of donuts, cutlets, fried eggs). TV in a room. It seems like only 4 local channels was working. All other had status: no information. Oh yes, and then toilet bowl in my room didnt work. At all. No water inside. I tried to open or close the valve on the wall - no effect. So this night we had to use bucket to flush the stuff. I notified the front desk twice: in the evening and in the morning (before leaving the room). And since my kid was already slipping we didnt ask for another room. And one more thing. It looks like walls there was very thin. I heard all my neighbors.

Camere pulite, colazione abbondante e sempre differente da un giorno all'altro. Possibilità di prendere da bere, te o caffè a scelta.

Un pochino distante dal centro. Ma per il resto se si ha la macchina nessun problema

Enjoyed our stay and would come back
Pros:

The king suite was very spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel was also very close to the airport and downtown SF.

Cons:

The couch bed was not that comfortable neither were the pillows for all of the beds.
