Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress had a slant in the middle, couldn't sleep all night.

Room not hovered properly, dirt on edges of the room, holes in the curtains & dents in the walls!
There were two of us, and we paid for a room with a king-size bed, but something strange happened. Our small bed was shaped like a king-size bed. How is this possible? Is this a joke? I think it's either the management's fault or something. My wife and I were shocked, and we told the employee, but he didn't do anything. I really can't believe this.
Fairly clean room nothing to shout about though
Opened the door to the room I was assigned to, to find a disheveled looking man surrounded by tons of beer cans. Stunk like crazy, genuine mistake I understand, but not the nicest of starts to my time there.. king size bed was just 2 singles pushed together so kept slipping down the middle of it, I guess the room was fairly clean, but I did hesitate to have all the lights completely on so maybe I was mislead by the lighting

I couldn’t open the windows as they’re locked, paint was falling of the walls, hall way stunk of smoke… I EVEN GOT THE MOST PREMIUM ROOM. Wild, won’t stay there again
Check in took ages - was very late and still seems to be a long time. Charged for parking. Noisy corridors from some sort of maintenance in the morning.
The staff are very polite and friendly
