It’s convenient for going to a concert in Wembley

Location and price
Standards are dropping each time I stay and I will no longer stay here now when in London. Rooms are dated and falling apart. Rooms are not clean. Went for breakfast and there was nothing left by 9am and the plates and cutlery were dirty.
Location was fine. It was cheap but this was definitely a reflection of the squalor.
We stayed during the heatwave in June. The room had one fan in it, which was covered in thick layers of dust. We asked for an extension lead as there was only one other plug socket, but they didn’t have any. We had come prepared with fans, which we then couldn’t use. The beds were comfortable enough but the room was barely clean. The hotel was untidy and unclean. The photo of the floor is at the bottom of a stairwell, and accurately represents the poor quality of the hotel.
We were all struggling with the heat and barely slept. We were coughing and spluttering due to the amount of dust being blown at us, but hardly had much choice. Luckily it was only a one night stay.
I did email to complain but haven’t had a response, hence the review.
For the money you can’t complain. It’s a decent hotel with everything you need from somewhere to get your head down.

Excellent facilities for a less able person
Access from the M1 a nightmare when returning from visiting family and friends. North bound carriage way closed every night, wish I had known as added too much time in traffic late at night for a lone woman .
