Disappointed
Pros:

Location but didn’t expect they will charge 5£ per day extra for the parking

Cons:

Condition of the room not good and the facilities disappointed cleaners never come to our room we asked 2-3 times the reception to bring the cleaners we stayed 5 nights and the cleaners arrived only once to our room

It's OK for one night
Pros:

Lovely staff, great place to get into London and good for the money . Plenty of parking

Cons:

Smelt like cigarettes. Maybe other people have smoked in the rooms . The window was loose so we could hear everything going past the M1 . Last time was really good but this time was not .

The staff were all fantastic

Cons:

On your room key it states that you can get ready to sleep like a king. But my room was right next to a very busy high speed railway line and the windows were dated and didn’t close properly.
