Kiting right on the beach
Pros:

For a kitesurfer, this location is ideal. Ground floor, right at the beach, with a sheltered patio. AC, fridge, and stove were all working, the unit has a safe (but in any case the setting feels very secure...I left my gear outside day and night with no worries). Internet is working most of the time (about as good as it gets in DR), which also enables Netflix on the TV. The photo with this review is looking out of the sliding door across the patio and out to the beach. I would return to this unit for sure.
