Cómoda pero con instalaciones muy antiguas
Pros:

- El personal nos ayudó con todo de forma rápida y amable. Moto, excursiones, transfers etc. Además no te inflan los precios de estos extras, lo que es cómodo y recomendable cogerlo con ellos.
- La cama era cómoda.
- buena ubicación
- la entrada del hotel muy bonita

Cons:

- el aire acondicionado hace mucho mucho ruido, o duermes con tapones o es literalmente imposible, es un aire muy antiguo.
- el baño necesita una reforma, muy estropeado. La grifería totalmente pasada y llena de humedades, el suelo se encharca y además no estaba todo lo limpio que debería.
- los desayunos muy caros

A tropical paradise — pure magic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

This place is truly exceptional. A real tropical temple — the garden is magnificent, lush, and incredibly relaxing. The kind of setting that makes you forget everything the moment you walk in.

The staff were outstanding, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The food was delicious and the rooms were fantastic comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly in tune with the whole atmosphere.

This hotel didn't just offer a place to sleep it added a touch of magic to my entire stay. Highly recommended, without any hesitation. 🌴✨

Nice and chill.
Pros:

Check in was easy, good temp shower and good aircon. Beds were comfy and the pool was nice. There was only 4 sunbeds though so more would be better. Free water in reception which is always nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite dirty. When mentioned how there was excessive wrappers and empty toiletries from old guests which could be got rid of they said they won’t clean the room Untill all guests check out to make sure it’s not there’s. This is likely to never happen as it’s a 10 bed dorm with guests coming and going on different time points. Also staff showed guests to the room at 3:30am and turned on the main light to show them the bed and then left it on. Definitely could have been avoided and happened two nights in a row.

Pros:

La localización estava muy bien aunque para moverte por la isla si o si necesitas transporte pero eso no es problema del alojamiento. El servicio estaba muy bien, gente muy atenta y super amables. Teniamos agua ilimitada y muchos servicios de excursiones a nuestro alcance. El sitio esta muy bien amientado y decorado.

Cons:

No me gustó que si ofreces servicio de hostal que almenos tengas para poder hospedarte como hostal. Es decir, si voy a hospedarme en una habitación con 9 personas más esta claro que no voy a querer comer de restaurante todos los dias pero aquí no dejaban ni a los mismos huespedes traernos comida y claro, ni pensar en cocinarte algo. Eso me pareció bastante mal ya que mi acompañante es celiaca y para ella el menú del restaurante era muy limitado. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que el aire acondicionado estaba muy muy fuerte, avisamos a recepción y lo bajaron pero no era suficiente. Añadir que muchas veces limpiaban la piscina en horas altas de sol y no podiamos bañarnos entre las 11am hasta las 3pm, un sin sentido la verdad.

The place is beautiful and comfortable, but the bathroom needs improvement.

I like the bed style, very comfortable and secure to sleep, even though it is a dorm type. The place is really beautiful, perfect for Instagram. And of course, you can enjoy the pool!

Cons:

The bathroom needs improvement. The flush isn’t working properly, and the area is often wet. It would also be better if a freshener is provided to keep it smelling clean. Additionally, it’s inconvenient not having a proper space to place my belongings while taking a bath.
