The indoor pool was nice except they kept the lights off and we had to go ask them to turn on the lights after dark and we had to ask for towels. Breakfast was decent but not as many choices as other hotels of the same price range. There was a pancake machine with butter and syrup but no pancake batter either day we stayed.
There were baby roaches crawling all over our room in the bathroom and on the table with the coffee maker and microwave. There were not enough bath towels for all the guests in the room (4) and the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. The walls were very thin and we could hear the TV in the other rooms. And the clerk at the front desk messed up my payment. I reserved the room with my credit card but was going to pay with cash. The deposit was going to be a lot more if paying with cash, so I paid with my debit card. They ended up taking a double payment by charging both my cards. I will not be staying here again.
The staff of the property management it was bad they charge me twice the same amount and they could not fix it till I called to call to my bank I never had this problem with none other hotels

Construction. Mattresses in the pool. Gym was packed with renovation supplies. None of this was mentioned when booking and the price was insane to begin with but for a hotel with all amenities closed and active construction-not okay. I feel like a refund of 2/3 of my bill is entirely appropriate.

No tv. Satellite was out. Could not get adjoing rooms. Other family got $30 discount from hotel so looking at that from you!!
They were under construction, which is fine, but I wish we had been told about it when I booked it

Needs updating and currently getting updated. No pool right now. Parking lot very messy. People and service very good.
I did not like that we weren't notified about the construction on this property. The pool was filled with what appeared to be mattress boxes, abut not water. While i appreciate upgrades, this was a disappointment.
