Such a beautiful boutique hotel! Gorgeous rooms, awesome staff, and a stunning lobby and lounge. Great views of the Columbia River. This hotel exceeded my expectations with style, atmosphere, and cleanliness…pet friendly too! I know in some other reviews, people complained about the view of the “factory” - if you have been to the area before, Teck is a prominent fixture in the town…hard to avoid that! Others mentioned the unhoused in the area - unfortunately that’s society right now, and this hotel has gone above and beyond to provide a safe environment for their guests. Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend for anyone coming through the area!
The suite was awesome!!
Nothing to be done about the location in proximity to the smelter. Even though it wasn’t a problem.
It was a small suite with a walk-in closet and two fridges. Staff helped us secure our bicycles. Beautiful view of the river. Comfortable beds including an excellent fold-out couch bed.
The town was dead even though we were in the centre perhaps due to smoky conditions. Staff was not able to help us find adequate dinner on a Saturday night.

For the $400 room price a bit more of a breakfast could be included, or vouchers for breakfast. Coffee and frozen muffins were are not the vibe the hotel gives. Also not even a bottle of water in the room. Those are very minimal cost items in a room that we slept in for 7 hours and paid a high rate for.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my requests. The room was very clean and nicely laid out

We stayed at the Crown Columbia Hotel, BW Premier Collection in Trail during our annual Father’s Day motorcycle ride, and it was a great choice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with a nice updated feel.
The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, check-in was smooth, and the location worked perfectly for our route. After a long day on the bikes, it was exactly the kind of place we needed — comfortable rooms, good atmosphere, and no hassles.
We would definitely stay here again on another ride through Trail. Great spot and easy to recommend. Five stars.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Great location. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. The lounge off the lobby was a nice place to have a glass of wine before dinner. The fitness centre is clean and has good new equipment. Even the inside stairwell was clean and bright and actually nice to use.

I booked a room that said it had 3 beds on the booking but the hotel didn’t have any of those rooms .The hotel did manage to change our room to one that had 2 beds and a sofa bed .But the hotel info was wrong on booking.com site
Everything about the hotel was superb. The lounge was unfortunately closed when we were there, which I was really hoping to check out. Nice continental breakfast and coffees. Staff were all extremely helpful. Decor and cleanliness were all wonderful. The room was terrific, large kitchen area and seating area, separate from the bed area. The bed was very comfortable.
We were lucky with parking to get a spot out front, but otherwise would have been not ideal (distant back lot). Had a bit of trouble with the TVs in our room, remote wasn't working right, but it was fixed quickly but still had some issues. Minor inconvenience.
This is a beautiful hotel! Most hotels will advertise queen or king sized beds and when you get there they are double beds at best. These were truly king sized and so comfortable!!
