All in all, it's a lovely place to stay with value for money.
Pros:

Sakura Terrace is like a hidden gem spot in the middle of the city. The location is quite secluded inside the alley of Setiabudi area, but still relatively easy to find using Google Maps. It is also reachable using motorcycle taxi or car, albeit if you using public transport it would be a bit tricky.

The hotel/small apartment is located near food stalls and convenience store, so you would find it very comfortable. It is also still situated in the Central Jakarta, which means the location itself is superb!

Me and my friends really love the interior of the room, it's a loft with queen bed upstair and sofa bed downstair with a lot of storage. Plus there's microwave and fridge included in a tiny kitchenette.

My favorite thing about the place is, they have cute friendly cat that usually linger in the lobby area and welcome you with the sweetest meow. Love it.

Also they have small rooftop for you to enjoy sunset and Jakarta's skyline.

Cons:

The only down side of the place is the stairs are quite narrow so you need to be careful.
