It was ok

Wasn’t very clean, they said had breakfast but only waffles, bananas, toast or cereal. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years and this was sad when you say breakfast and they have a few items you call it continental breakfast. The pictures made the place look new and updated but that was not the case.

Older property nice helpful staff

TVs in the room didn't work. Even for a smart TV couldn't cast

The hotel was somewhat clean but the bad odor in the entire hotel was very awful and there's no elevator. The outside was not clean and had unhoused individuals hanging on the outside. The two gentlemen at the service desk were friendly and helpful. I do not recommend this hotel. The

It was difficult to park our u haul truck and there was a lot of construction going on. Breakfast was terrible.

There is no elevator and smelled like sewer

I was getting released from the hospital from having a total hip replacement I am a Muslim and a single mom. I books of room for two nights on Expedia. The hospital wanted me to call the hotel and make sure that they had the handicap amenities. The woman working the counter told me to not come there that they were not able to accommodate me to please cancel. I went to the Expedia website and canceled and messaged them through Expedia website they never responded. I thought everything would you know work out because she told me not to come so days later I see the charge on my bank account. I called the hotel I called Expedia you know no luck giving the run around few weeks later when I'm able to I go to the hotel they were extremely rude wouldn't even tell me their names I got emails from them stating that the room had been canceled not just a no-show canceled and they still would not refund my money that it was up to Expedia I have emails from Expedia stating that it's up to the hotel they have done nothing but been rude and not helpful and you know the Quran does not teach to treat others especially other Muslims this way it is horrible and it really hurt me.

If I had seen the room before paying for it, I wouldn’t proceed with the booking! The carpets are smelly and old. The bedroom wall is broken. Bathtub curtain is dirty. Chair is torn.

Smell was horible and rude managment

Nice rooms and quite a good breakfast

Bathroom had black mold above tub. A hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. Entire room smelled musty. The ceiling above the bed looked like the plaster was going to fall. The only thing good was the price.

The staff were amazing the area around it had alot of homeless and obvious drug addicts

Love staying here the staff is so nice and bed are very comfortable also great breakfast in the morning and huge swimming pool!

Reserved room for three was given towels for one asked for more and was told they only give out towels once a day and we had to wait until tomorrow. There was a dead roach on the floor each day

Not good at all. It was dirty and the staff was very rude and quick to blame me for their inconsistnces . The air vent was a fire hazard the phone was disgusting ashes everywhere in a non smoking room fake finger nails in the floor. Unknown yucky on the light shade. Floors were dirty. Freezer was froze over. When brought to the hotel they treated me like I'm the problem. I was just trying to help them. Because their room was the problem their lack of cleaning and sanitizing

Friendly and welcoming

Miss Ruby the manager is amazing and makes you feel welcome. The staff is sweet and patient. They are awesome pet friendly and welcome them kindly as well.
