Okay but not enough for the price we paid. Staff sucks
Pros:

Need more indoor facilities for the price . Staff not helpful, got locked out when returning from beach… finally someone let us in (another customer staying there) employee never showed up. Not clear as to what room it actually getting when booked. Staff was of no help, very poor customer service. Deposit never mentioned when booked.cant pay deposit with cash which is a problem due to waiting so long for money back

Disappointed.
Pros:

It was 50/50 clean.

Cons:

The photos do not even show the correct hotel. It’s not on the beach, it’s not even the same building. The room had hair and other things. The staff was NOT friendly, in fact they were highly rude.

The outdoor pool!

Cons:

The room was wasn't set up for three adults two teenagers and one child not enough plates not enough coffee and not enough toilet paper. The bed squeaked even time I moved and the four above us begging constantly on the floor. Asked for more coffee (3 more) was told it will be $30.00 I didn't know I could leave our dog in the room until we drove 4 hours and we saw it on the tag the need to hang on the door. So that put one of us either sitting in the car while everybody else did something or sitting in the room while everybody else did something... and when advertised it showed beachfront where we will be, we were across the street with no beach front false advertisement. Very deceptive..

Cons:

Room not as describe to meet my accommodation for the stay, room air nor phone work in room to contact front desk , lock did not lock to secure balcony door. Handy man replaced lock and stated that it’s been like that. Reported a cock roach, the wanted to treat pesticides while I was there, I explained I was asthmatic, requested management to be contacted the front desk clerks Reggie & Taylor was very dismissive. I requested another room but they was over book so could not accommodate moving to another room.

Bugs & Poor Staff
Pros:

I was sleeping and a bug crawled in my hair and down my shoulder. I told the staff and they didn’t even apologize or do anything. Also, they didn’t care or respected my DND sign.

Pros:

I really didn’t like anything about the property because it wasn’t as advertised.

Cons:

It was more of a motel than a hotel. It was split and the nicer part that was advertised was across the street on the beach. The parking was very cramped and wasn’t in a safe location. The room was very dirty.

Pros:

The location being right across the beach was great, I was hoping to be at the building on the beach but the booking was unclear on which building you were going to be in.

Cons:

The floors were disgusting, make sure to wear socks or shoes at all times or your feet will be black and covered in sand. The bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning and some maintenance. Came back to a man off the street sitting on our balcony (1st floor no railing), needle and used condom in the parking lot when I walked the dogs, multiple homeless people hanging around

Room was dirty, moldy and kind of disgusting. Staff were kind and helpful. Everything smelled bad. The pool was okay. The location was okay.
