Train your staff and do better!
Cons:

The managers left younger staff left to try to figure things out and after telling the front counter to try a different card but didn’t and because of continuing to try the card I asked them NOT to charge I ended up with almost 100 in fees on my account. I ended up having to find another place to stay after trying to explain over and over but instead my grandson and son sat in my car for almost two hours!

Pros:

Love the location, large room

Cons:

Very dated and while I was there my neighbor was smoking coming pot the entire time so I didn’t get to enjoy the patio at all. While not the hotels fault it still colors my opinion of the facility

We had a great time. We would definitely come back again.
Pros:

I loved how they had a pool and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was great especially the lady with the red hair.

Cons:

Only thing the toilet was backed up since I got there. I told the overnight staff but it stayed that way. So I even went to Walmart to get a plunger and some solution.

Not at all what I expected
Pros:

Expensive for a 1 night stay. Bed was broken and made horrible noise when you moved and the middle of the mattress was a sinkhole. The staff acted like you were bugging them at check in. They did not tell you where the ice machine or vending area was. Made you pay extra for 2 parking spaces and I am a Wyndham member. Was not acknowledged as one either.

Pros:

The oceanfront room was perfect, felt almost private, steps from the ocean, the ocean sounds came into the room when the sliding door was open, and we were not bothered by hotel staff at any point, but we knew we could get anything across the road at the front desk, I had groceries door dashed an hour prior to arriving . and the front desk held my groceries safely for me until I arrived , thank you! The front desk staff were very friendly, it was just a nice week!
