The service was great, friendly, helpful and joyful..especially Oumama was great..

They had some, I think, maintenance in the building, so there was quite some thumping noise. I think the whole day.

Hotel staff are friendly and dealing nicely, they are doing their best to satisfy guests.
Thanks and appreciation to the reception employee Mohammed for his professional way during the check-in time and the reported issue follow up thanks also extended to Khadijah housekeeping supervisor for the very well service I received during my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the A/C was not working on heat mode, hotel has provided a portable heater which was unsafe to be used during night time while sleeping, it had an electrical issue with some defects on the body which caused power off from main circuit breaker.

Stay at Radisson Blu hotel casablanca.
Pros:

All staff are very helpful, especially in the breakfast area. Specific, I thank Soumia and Nabil for being very attentive. They went above and beyond anytime we needed something at breakfast.
Thank you both and the entire team.

Cons:

The shower floor probably needs a water stopper or something to stop water from flowing out of the shower area. But overall, everything was great.

Pros:

Very clean the staff professional and could communicate well in English… was close enough to tour the city and most importantly I could have breakfast in bed . Plus the rooftop restaurant had a perfect sunrise

A great hotel for a brief stay in Casablanca.
Pros:

The staff were outstanding! They made my stay particularly comfortable and I felt welcomed. Housekeeping was especially warm and responsive, as were the professionals who helped me with checking in. I greatly appreciate the support that I received to help me locate the airline office. The restaurant staff was warm and welcoming. After flying along distance, I was happy to relax at the hotel.

Cons:

The gym area is a bit dark. The equipment is good. Consider offering towels.
