Limpieza fatal. A pesar de haber ya "limpiado" seguia con pedazos de pollo en el piso (que nosootros no tiramos), las mesas sucias de huespedes anteriores y sangre en el piso. Demasiado sucio debajo de la cama. Daba asco. A pesar d eque fueron a limpiar de nuevo, todo siguió sucio. Tambien tuvimos un problem con el transporte que habiamos arreglado con el hotel. Nos iban a recoger en rabat pero nuetro vuelo no pudo aterrizar por fuertes vientos y aterrizamos en fes. Nos cobraorn la totalidad del servicio. No hicieron ninguna negociacion ni ayuda con este tema y fue ajeno a nuestra culpa.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca, and I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Oumaima and Khadija at the reception, as well as Tarik, the doorman and concierge.

From the moment I arrived, Oumaima and Khadija welcomed me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a beautiful smile. They were attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Their kindness and dedication truly made me feel valued as a guest.

Tarik also deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly courteous, helpful, and always present with a positive attitude. Whether it was assisting with luggage or offering helpful advice, he went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and genuinely caring team. Their professionalism and warmth made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its quality but especially for the incredible people who make it feel like home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Casablanca.

A special thank you to Tarik, who was always incredibly helpful and welcoming at the entrance, assisting with our luggage and making us feel safe and looked after at all times.

A big compliment also to Momo, the restaurant manager, for his professionalism, kindness and attention to detail — he truly elevated our dining experience.

Finally, we would like to thank Marianne from housekeeping for the impeccable cleanliness and care of our room throughout the stay.

Mon séjour au Radisson Blu City Center Casablanca a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme, ce qui a immédiatement donné le ton pour la suite du séjour.

L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Casablanca, parfait pour profiter de la ville en toute simplicité. Les chambres sont élégantes, spacieuses et impeccablement entretenues, avec une literie extrêmement confortable qui garantit un vrai repos. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une expérience à la fois luxueuse et chaleureuse.

Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence dans cet établissement, c’est la qualité du service. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Tarik, Oumaima et Nabil pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens du détail. Plus largement, toutes les personnes qui y travaillent méritent d’être saluées : sans exception, chacun est aux petits soins et veille à rendre le séjour parfaitement agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité, et le rooftop offre une ambiance élégante et relaxante, idéale pour se détendre.
Je viens régulièrement à Casablanca, et cet hôtel sera désormais, sans aucune hésitation, mon adresse de référence. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir et je le recommanderai à toutes mes connaissances et à mes proches.
