PERFECT

Délicieux séjour au Radisson Blu Casa
Pros:

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit, dans ce bel endroit.
Cependant dès notre arrivée l'accueil à la réception a été chaleureux, avec un sourire franc et chaleureux de la part du personnel présent, , Madiha et Oumaima
Les formalités denregistrement se sont tres bien passées nous avons eu toutes les informations relatives à notre chambre, aux commodités dans l'hôtel, SPA, salle de gym, piscine, rooftop...
Le personnel du bar également très courtois et attentif, toujours un petit mot pour savoir si nous avions besoin de quelque chose et si tout se passait bien.
Idem au petit-déjeuner au buffet très fourni, avec un grand choix de produits, pour tous les goûts .
Un des serveurs nous a gentiment offert des crêpes baghir un délice.
Notre chambre Suite Junior, très confortable, très propre, idéale.
En un mot, notre séjour était parfait.

Struttura Moderna e ben posizionata

Nonostante avessi prenotato per tre notti una stanza con due letti singoli (eravamo due amici in viaggio) ne abbiamo ricevuta una con un letto matrimoniale; cambiata la stanza abbiamo dovuto fare un secondo cambio stanza nella serata perché il wc era difettoso. La camera finale era ben più piccola di quella iniziale. Durante il cambio sono stati lasciati dal personale alcuno vestiti nella seconda camera che ho potuto riavere solamente il giorno dopo.

Pros:

Hotel super correcto, las habitaciones y baños amplios y confortables.

Cons:

La zona de la piscina deja mucho que desear. Sólo había 2 tumbonas para todo el hotel, y ni 10cm de espacio para poner la toalla en ninguna otra parte.

Сам отель очень хороший. Соотношение цена = качество. Нам сделали апгрейд номера. Персонал очень внимательный и всегда готов помочь. В номере было чисто и комфортно
