Obsługa b miła, lokalizacja ok.

Cons:

Basen na dachu jest bezpłatny , chłodny, akurat w dniach pobytu woda była spuszczona. Basen w spa jest płatny o czym się nie mówi, jest podgrzewany ale woda nie należy do super ciepłych. W pokoju uszkodzona była lodówka i ekspres, wszystko zostało wymienione ale trochę to trwało czasu.generalnie hotel potrzebuje wiekszego remontu

My Radisson Stay

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel – truly one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling for work. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed after long days. Breakfast was fresh and varied every morning, exceeded expectations.
But what truly made this stay memorable was the staff. From the friendly check-in team who greeted me with a smile, to the housekeeping crew who kept everything impeccable, and especially two employees called Hamza and Karim, who went above and beyond to serve me during breakfast – pure excellence! Truly for these two employees (Hamza and Karim ) service seems their calling. They were attentive, professional, and made me feel right at home.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting – I’ll be back!

Cons:

Wir haben unser Auto beim Hotel abgegeben. Als wir es wieder abgeholt haben, bemerkten wir einen Riss an der Frontscheibe beim vorderen Spiegel. Nachdem wir das Hotel darüber informiert hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Schaden bereits vorher vorhanden gewesen sei. Zum Glück hatten wir eine Zusatzversicherung abgeschlossen.

Comfortable Hotel, Challenging Parking, Excellent Service

Stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center for 2 nights.

The Good:

1. Room was of a nice size and comfortable.
2. Bed was restful and the shower facilities were good.
3. We did not use the hotel facilities, so cannot comment on them.
4. Special mention to Nabil from guest services, who was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. When we were mistakenly checked into an occupied room, he quickly realised the room with a “Do Not Disturb” sign was actually occupied and prevented an awkward situation from becoming worse. We were promptly given another room.

Cons:

1. The hotel is situated in a rather average neighborhood and not in what I would consider a particularly posh area of Casablanca.
2. Parking was quite troublesome. The parking facility is located in a separate building altogether and is rather dingy, tight, and inconvenient to access.
3. Being assigned an occupied room in the first place was disappointing, although thankfully handled well by Nabil.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world—from the USA to Dubai and Malaysia—but I can confidently say that Radisson Blu City Center stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness is unmatched. A special thank you to the supervisor, Madikha, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Her customer service is outstanding—always helpful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail.

I also want to highlight Oumayma and Moussa, who were both incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Honestly, the entire team creates such a positive, warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Great service, great vibe, and truly amazing people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.
