I have not been away for a while. It was a very nice, clean, relaxing environment.
Since I was there last the added cost for breakfast, parking have been added. I do understand.
What a dump! No hot water. Broken ice machine. Carpet is either worn out or dirty. No free breakfast. Restaurant closed early so we had to eat dinner elsewhere.
My husband and I recently stayed at the HIlton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport . I unfortunately left a valuable piece of jewelry on my bedside table the morning we departed. Shortly before we got on a plane I realized my mistake and immediately called the hotel. Ultimately I was able to determine my jewelry was found and would be promptly be sent back to me. I was very grateful for all the help I received .
Additionally we found the hotel to be a great place to stay on the night before our departure. It is close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle, a restaurant and all the necessary amenities.
Pay parking
I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food in the restaurant was great!
The location was easy to get to from the airport, and my room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Diego and Sam were very welcoming and sympathetic to me and my aunt who are up against family health concerns. After a long week and one more stay needed they really brightened us up with warm and welcoming hospitality. Thank you 🙏
Not much, it was not a good experience. The room was dirty, we asked for help and never received it.
There was trash behind the tv, the bathroom was disgusting. We had to go buy Clorox wipes, the front desk would not help us
It was really good located? There was not only a restaurant on the premises but also other food options close by. It was easy check in and out process on the all, easy to access info, clean and comfortable. My son was there for soccer and it was cool to see his team welcomed on the hotel screen monitor.

I came for a business trip and I must say, the service here is phenomenal. The shop in the hotel has everything I could need, the rooms are great and front desk was incredibly helpful along my entire stay!

You charge for car parking $10 per night. It’s should be free parking for guest rooms all ready we are paying for staying. I think you should think about it
This property appears to be older but has been renovated. The common area is very nice and the 24 hour airport shuttle is awesome. Our room was very nice but the bathroom missed the message on renovations. There was mold on the ceiling and rust on the tub. Not up to Hilton standards.
