House keeping non existent
Absolutely nothing at all
I booked the hotel for a king bed room, onces I arrived the main lady in the front tells me they don’t have any king rooms available and was been rude then I asked her to cancel the reservation that I would go somewhere else then she said I was gonna be charged anyway already so I end up getting a 2 bed room and she offer to give us free breakfast which she end up charging us for it then the room 416 heater didnt work it was super cold all night also this morning when I left my vehicle started making noises after been parked in the the payment for a safer parking and that I’ve been worse

Convenient location: near the airport, plenty of parking, great staff, near good restaurants, great to get in and out, always clean and quiet location - not congested area!

It was clean and in a good area
They charge for breakfast and parking, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the coffee machine was broken and they didn’t clean up the room every day
Rooms were nice n clean
Check in was unpleasant
Close to the airport and restaurants.
A couple of chairs and foot stools to rest and watch TV.
Free continental breakfast would have been nice.
Shuttle & location
I was here for less than 12 hours to catch a very early flight, but the staff was so friendly, the location was surprisingly quiet, very convenient right next to the airport, room was comfortable, and it had a lot of food options nearby. I’m happy I chose this hotel to get a quick sleep at before flying.
Check in was quick!
This is an older, basic airport hotel that is now charging exorbitant rates. The service for breakfast was awful. The hotel is now started charging for parking. There are lots of other newer and better options including Hyatt, Hampton and Holiday Inn.
