I checked and checked out within 30 MINS. This place is a TINY DUMP. The moment I walked down the narrow hallway going to my room on the 4th floor, 3 cockroaches welcome me. The room I got has 2 double twin beds good for baby size people and sheets have stains. I only thought I'll try due to near proximity to places I wanted to checkout during the day. Definitely NOT BOOKING from this hotel.

I'm a solo traveler on a mid range budget.

A comfortable hotel in a lowkey area. I particularly enjoyed the nearby karenderyas for lunch and lugawan ni deng which is open 24/7. Cheap delicious homecooked filipino food available anytime you want.

Jeepneys pass right around the corner, plenty of grabs and taxis available for anywhere you wanna go within metro manila, most probably to bgc

I booked for one night, extended every night for a total of 4 nights. Only because the place fit my needs perfectly.

Ideal Staycation Place near BGC (Uptown) Area

Our stay had been very much enjoyable given the place's strategic location and proximity to the Bonifacio Global Center- truly value for money. There had been some issues regarding the drainage of water in the bathroom, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

Affordable Sudden Place To Stay
Pros:

My friends and I suddenly decided to look for a place we can stay since one of us can't go home due to not having a copy of home key and her family is already sleeping so no one to open the door for her. We found this place which is very affordable and a comfortable place to stay. The only challenge is that there's no much space to park. Nevertheless, it was a great experience.
