People with kids should be on 1st floor
Pros:

The only problem was the people above us kept us up. Running in their room was loud thump in our room.

Pros:

I was very disappointed. There was signage that the hotel was having an ant problem so not to leave food out. Additionally, that they were short staffed regarding housekeeping. The parking lot was a mess and I did not feel safe.

Pros:

Great place to stay with friendly staff who accommodated an early check in. The property appears to be a little older which is fine and had no bearing on our stay. It is to be noted that parking does get hectic the later you arrive. Overall a great stay!

Very disappointing
Pros:

There was actual rust in the tub, the one and only elevator has stained carpet, mold on the windows, no snacks or vending machines. I expected much more from a Holiday Inn.

The staff was very professional and the continental breakfast was an actual breakfast. Very delicious with an employee working the breakfast the entire time. Property was extremely well maintained and clean.

Pros:

The room had not been cleaned. The worst of it was the hair in the tub. Pretty disgusting. There was also a contact on the floor, a blood stain on a pillow, and a beer can left on the balcony. No effort was made to remedy the situation, so we left.

I get it, it's not The Ritz, but clean should be a no brainer.

Absolutely Awful!
Pros:

This hotel seems to be on its last legs. EVERY drink machine was broken, the ac units in stairwells were broken or unplugged. There were no pool towels, the pool was dirty. There were no FORKS at breakfast. I booked this on my former good experiences at Holiday Inn Express. Won’t be staying here any more. What a dump!

Pros:

We stayed one night with no problems. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The parking was good. They even have parking for large vehicles. The room was quiet and located near several restaurants. It was close to I-10 so it would be easy for an overnight while en route somewhere else. The staff was friendly and check in was the quickest and easiest I have ever had. Breakfast was good.
