Un lugar clasico y muy bien ubicado
Pros:

La ubicación, el ambiente y el desayuno.

Cons:

El baño y la cama no eran cómodos. Problemas de espacio y comodidad en el baño y de calidad del colchón.

The location was perfect however the limited space made it hard to function. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Cons:

Our room was tiny and made it tricky to navigate the space with two large suitcases and backpacks. Our bathroom didn’t have a floor drain, so any water that came from the shower had nowhere to go. The windows didn’t have screens so mosquitoes were abundant.

O tamanho do quarto e banheiro era minimo, moveis velhos . Paguei um valor extra e mudei para uma suíte. Ótimo tamanho e uma pequena cozinha , porem não tinha nada , uma taça ou copo de vidro , uma xícara.....tentei pedir uma xícara na recepção, sem sucesso. Pelo valor da suíte, achei muito precário não ter nenhum utensílio .

It was safe and an interesting stay and great it was next to the San Marco square .
Pros:

1. The Breakfast was great - good variety
2 Fast internet
3 The Staff were available for help and new towels etc

Cons:

1, Our room - initially - the phone did not work - a technician needed to put the power point in another power outlet .The room was quite old and needed a bit of a facelift - the furnishings .
2The Aircon was too cold and we could not reset it without a front desk staff
3 . The amenities could have been better such as shampoo and soap . There were no facilities without a hot water kettle and some tea and coffee - This made it not as comfortable as any other hotel facilities of this level .
4 The Location - it was very difficult to find and better advise on the website would be helpful and for any family travelling with young children or elderly it would have been a nightmare .
Recommend to say in their directions - get off San Marco station and walk around the square and into x street and walk over 1 small bridge .We were told to get off the Rialto station and got lost for over 1 hour .
