Pros:

Location close to Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast and great hotel.
Pros:

We stay there often and sometimes they automatically upgrade us. Apart from this it is a great location just off Piazza San Marco a there is even a mosaic sign in one of the portico’s directing you to the hotel.

Cons:

Just that the room we had was small but I understand that space is a premium in Venice.

It was good! Staff was helpful, location was good. Recommend taking a taxi from train station- a long walk with suitcase

Vieta puiki.

Cons:

Kambarys nepakankamai švarus, bėganys čaupai, labai garsiai girgždančuos grindys, labai garsiai girgždanti lova ( beje tikrai neatitinkanti minimo king size dydžio. Mini baras tuščias ( tik vandens du buteliukai) nors kambarys turėjo mini virtuvę, tačiau jokio indo nebuvo. Šampaną teko gerti iš plastikinių stiklinių. Pusryčiai visomis viešnagės dienomis buvo "copy - paste" nuobodu. Daržovės- mažieji pomidoriukai ir tai viskas, jokios kitos daržovės.

Lovely tradition feel to the hotel with amazing location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and it was clean, with daily cleans of the room. Has a traditional feel.
The location is amazing!!
Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Cons:

We had a hole in our door that was covered with some like fake laminate sticky paper; it didn’t go all the way through; it looked as if someone had punched it.
The room was very dated and the bathroom was a little slippery- could do with more bath mats

Overall it was good.
Pros:

For me the location was nice but for 80 yr olds it’s a bit far from the water docks where you catch the taxis.

Cons:

How we were charged for the water in the fridge when it was supposed to be complimentary. It’s bad enough you have to pay for everything extra. They should have water available in the kitchen not just for breakfast. Some of the staff weren’t very pleasant at the front desk unless they are really like that.

הצוות ומנהל המלון היה מאוד ציני..מאוד התנקל כשדרשתי מוביל לחזרה לשדה הוא מראש טען שזה לא אפשרי ורני עם בעל מוגבל ואין ביכולתי לשאת לבד את המזוודות לאחר תחנונים בסוף הזמין לי החדר נגיש לנכים היה מאוד קטן ןחשוך...בקיצור חוסר אדיבות ..לא היתי חוזרת אליהם

Buen hotel en Venecia
Pros:

Todo estaba en orden, la habitación muy limpia y no tenia ningun olor raro, resalto esto porque muchos reviews que lei mencionaban esto en Venecia.

Cons:

Solo con alguien del personal senti que no era para nada carismatica (receocion). Especialmente cuando haces trayectos largos al menos esperas una cara amable en la recepcion.

Hotel decadente com atendimento péssimo ao cliente booking.
Pros:

A localização é boa dada a proximidade com a Piazza San Marcon.

Cons:

Os quartos concedidos ao app em geral são de segunda linha. Neste caso, o hotel disponibilizou um quarto ao lado da porta de serviço com trava de segurança. A todo instante a porta era acionada com batidas violentas e zoadas enlouquecedoras. Decepcionante.
