Pros:

The staff were brilliant very friendly and super helpful. Location was ideal for both the square and also the Grand Canal for getting off the boat from the airport.
Breakfast options were great and plenty of choice with good timings to head down.
Room was a great size, lovely decor, powerful shower and the cleaners were great.

Cons:

Only thing I can mention which wasn't to much of an issue was the shower curtain didn't keep the water in the base so the floor got very wet

Central hotel, walking distance from the main attractions of Venice
Pros:

Very central to everything. Tucked in a small back street and easy to get to from the water taxi. Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

A bit dated and tired in the rooms. Just needed a little bit of attention decoration wise.

Τα κρεβάτια είναι ράτζα. Καθόλου άνετα και πολύ σκληρά λες και κοιμάσαι στο πάτωμα. Τα μαξιλάρια άβολα & σκληρά. Το κομοδίνο και ο καθρέφτης μέσα στην σκόνη. Η πόρτα του δωματίου δεν έκλεινε καλά, το ίδιο και τα παράθυρα. Στο μπάνιο οι πετσέτες ήταν πάνω στο πλαστικό «χαλάκι» της ντουζιέρας, που μπαίνει στο πάτωμα. Υγεινή μηδέν. Καμία ηχομόνωση, ακουγότανε κάθε ομιλία έξω από το δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν κάτι σπουδαίο παρ όλα αυτά ικανοποιητικό. Το προσωπικό αρκετά φιλικό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ότι καλύτερο, δίπλα στην πλατεία.

Solides Hotel an hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr klein, aber zweckmässig. Das Bad relativ neu. Die Sauberkeit gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielfältig und absolut ausreichend. Auch mit glutenfreiem Brot.

Cons:

Je nach Andrang gab es beim Frühstück längere Staus vor den Kaffee-Maschinen.
