Great Location, Wonderful Staff, Would Stay Again.
Pros:

Included breakfast was very nice. Our room was huge. Had averything we needed. Location is less than 100 meters from San Marco Square. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Booked water taxis for us.

Cons:

"Complimentary" tour of Murano was high pressure. When we didn't buy anything we were not returned to our starting location. Rather we were dropped off on the North side of the island on the other side of the hospital.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente,la habitación es como un apartamento de grande con salón y todo,la cama muy cómoda,el desayuno rico ,en general lo disfrutamos mucho 😘

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que los trabajadores supieran hablar español,pero la verdad es que en Venecia no es algo habitual así que lo entiendo

Cons:

The bed was terrible..the shower was super small ..fridge wasnt working..coffee was disgusting..oh yeah did I say that bad was miserable!

Terrible AVOID
Pros:

Absolutely shocking hotel. Advertised as a 4 star hotel at best a 2 star. I could write a list of things wrong. Suffice to stay we checked out early and went to another hotel. Offered a room change but no way was I going to waste another night in this absolute dump.

Comfortable, central and spotlessly clean - Venetian luxury right by st marks square!
Pros:

The location is amazing- tucked just into an alley which leads into st marks square- perfectly central. The hotel is quite traditional in style, with marble and dark wood features but it was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good range of foods in the breakfast buffet- including eggs, cereals, bacon and sausage as well as pancakes, sweet pastries etc.

Cons:

Very little to complain about! Whilst it was not a cheap trip, the location reflected the price and the service was great- I was visiting Venice with my mother and due to mobility they made sure we were in an accessible room etc. A real treat!

Very clean hotel, but the room was far too small and very noisy.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient. The staff was also polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was extremely small for two people. We could barely fit ourselves and our luggage in the room. The wallpaper looked very old and dirty, even though the room itself was clean. The hotel also had no soundproofing at all. We could hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms. Every time another guest opened or closed their door, our door would shake and bang loudly. It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Pros:

É próximo de tudo o que mais interessa e da praça San Marco. O banheiro é espaçoso, a água é quente e os itens de higiene são bons. As toalhas são novas.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, instalações bem antigas, café da manhã bem básico para o preço da estadia. Cama, travesseiros e lençóis muito usados.
