Großartiger Service, tolle Auswahl, super freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Auch am Zimmer selbst gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Es war staubig, die Glastür zum Bad war mit Fingerabdrücken verschmutzt.
Es war ein sinnloses Gästebett im Zimmer aufgebaut gewesen, viel Platz verschenkt.
Bei einem Superior Zimmer wäre ein Smart-TV zeitgemäß.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Hotel Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet alles imm
Pros:

Das ganze Team muss man ehrlich sagen ist wirklich schwer in Ordnung. Ich bin von München aus spät Abend in Dortmund angekommen und dort hat man keinen Parkplatz für mich gehabt und ich musste in die Garage gehen in die überlegende Tiefgarage. Die beiden Rezeption Hüsten waren wirklich sehr schwer in Ordnung und haben sich mehrmals entschuldigt dafür dass kein Parkplatz mehr für mich da waren. Des Weiteren möchte ich hier aufführen dass immer frisches Obst frisches Wasser für uns da war es war sehr heiße Tage aber ich muss einfach sagen man hat mich wirklich abgeholt. Ich hab auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Kellnerin hat ohne dass ich was gesagt habe mir ein Wasser gebracht und gesagt ich muss trinken es ist sehr heißes Wetter. Ich kann das absolut nur empfehlen es ist wie zu Hause sehr sehr sehr sehr gut

Rude staff when a problem arises.
Pros:

The entrance is nice.

Cons:

The staff member at night was originally friendly. As soon as a problem was highlighted to him and a suggestion to fix the issue. Not only was no solution suggested apart from paying full price for another room. But also the attitude was incredibly rude. The third bed in the room is a folded out chair not even a sofa bed it's appalling, incredible back pain causing me to have to book a physio the next day.

A child shouldn't have to sleep in pain just because they're smaller.

After asking for some bottles being opened and told "there is an opener in your room"

I told him there wasn't and again a rude attitude as if to suggest I was lying.

The staff in the morning were friendly but this experience at 1am in the morning was disgusting.

It's left a very bad taste on using leonardo again.
