Cons:

Rooms were dirty,? found nail on floor TV didn’t work
Breakfast supposed to be free but they charged us.
Noise from using toilet from floor above.
Lots of Beatles in one of the rooms also on beds, changed room but wasn’t clear enough.
Last visit August 2025 was much better.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und supersauber und auf der Rückseite sehr ruhig. Besonderes Lob an die Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und pefekter Service! Die Lage in der Nähe des Reinoldihauses und Konzerthauses sowie Cafes und Restaurants ist sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Ich fand die Betten etwas zu hart.

das beim Duschen das Wasser das Badezimmer geflutet wurde da die Duschtür nicht richtig abgedichtet ist ,

Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt

De locatie was top, wij hebben alles op lopend gedaan.

Sehr enttäuschend - Leonardo Dortmund - nie wieder !
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist 5 Min zu Fuß von der Innenstadt und der U-Bahn Station. Das Frühstück war (wenn Buffet gefüllt) sehr gut. Das Hotel selbst ist eigentlich sehr schön. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett, ebenfalls der große, blonde, schlanke Kellner im Restaurant. Leider hört es dann aber schon auf...

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil wir bereits im Leonardo Hotel in Nürnberg waren .... das war 1A. Leider kann dieses Leonardo in Dortmund kein bisschen mithalten !!!
Laut Hotelbeschreibung - was uns wichtig war - gibt es eine Hotelbar die Mo-Do von 18 Uhr bis 0:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Am einen Abend (12.05.2026) sagte man uns bereits um 22:20 Uhr die Bar sei geschlossen und es gäbe max. noch Softdrinks und Bier, aber keine Cocktails. Am nächsten Abend (13.05.2026) gegen 21:30 Uhr war die Bar zwar geöffnet, aber wieder bekamen wir keine Cocktails, lediglich Bier, Softdrinks, Wein, Aperol, Wildberry Lillet. So haben wir ein Bier und einen Wildberry Lillet bestellt. Diesen bekam ich total lieblos ohne Früchte hingestellt. Auf meine Rückfrage nach den Beeren, bekam ich recht schnippisch zur Antwort, dass diese das Röhrchen verstopfen und ja sonst alles drin wäre. Daraufhin warf die Bardame mir dann noch eine halbe getrocknete Orangenscheibe (auf dem Foto bereits entsorgt) auf das Getränk.
Am letzten morgen (14.05.2026) war der Service im Frühstücksraum seeeehr schlecht. Das Buffet wurde nicht regelmäßig kontrolliert und nachgefüllt. Es war erst 9:30 Uhr. Auf Nachfrage nach Speck, Eiern, Croissant, Nutella etc hieß es ca 10 Min. Viele Gäste kamen und hatten nichts bekommen. Nach 40 Min kam der Speck und sonst nichts. Die Kellnerin stand lieber an der Rezeption und Quatschte mit der Kollegin. Man hatte den Eindruck, ohne den großen blonden Kollegen im Restaurant läuft hier nichts.
