Très bien (qualité/prix), bon emplacement.
Pros:

L’emplacement de ce petit hôtel est près de tout (5e avenue/plage. Le personnel est attentif aux demandes des clients et Giada parle français. La femme de ménage pour mon étage (3e) était très gentille et efficace (chambre 401). J’avais 2 lits doubles dans ma chambre un matelas très dur et l’autre plus confortable. J’ai bien appréciée mon balcon avec les palmiers devant. J’ai bien aimé le petit restaurant adjacent à l’hôtel et facile d’accès, le menu du déjeuner est limité a 3 choix et simple mais pour le prix était satisfaisant. Le décor est simple, mais d'agréable. J’y suis allé pour le souper et j’ai été très satisfait : les plats étaient bons. Bon service de Yvan et Patricia. Je recommande cet hôtel pour ses avantages sans hésiter !

Cons:

Il devrait y avoir Des crochets pour serviettes et une chaise dans la chambre.

Mucha humedad en las habitaciones, el olor a veces era muy fuerte, además que la limpieza no es muy eficiente, se mezcla el olor de desinfectante que ponen en los pisos y la humedad, a veces no se toleraba la mezcla de olores, los colchones son bastante viejos, huelen mal, la ropa de cama estaba sucia y con manchas, no lo recomendaría por nada.

Abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura dopo aver letto le recensioni di altri ospiti , sopratutto su Giada.
Giada é stata durante tutto il nostro soggiorno di una gentilezza unica , sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta .
Ci ha organizzato tutti i tour che abbiamo fatto ,consigliato i migliori ristoranti tipici dove mangiare .
Consiglieremmo a chiunque di prenotare in questo Hotel per una vacanza in Messico e sopratutto di contattare Giada che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza vi farà trascorrere una vacanza meravigliosa !

Moc mila pani na recepci. Vsude krasne cisto. Super lokalita.

Pan co obsluhoval snidane byl zmateny a pomaly, ale tvaril se mile :)

Na pokoji bych uvitala rychlovarnou konvici, nebo alespon ve fontan e moznost teple vody (fungovala jen studena). Lednicka mrazila.

Hotel come base di appoggio PERFETTO!
Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicinissimo al centro, camera pulita, letto molto spazioso e camere con buoni spazi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile!
Lo consiglio assolutamente come base di appoggio situato in punto strategico per playa del Carmen.

Poca scelta nella colazione.

La ubicación muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y de la Quinta Avenida. La habitación confortable y el desayuno, si bien poco variado, era muy rico. La atención del personal excelente.
