El desayuno, un jugo exquisito servidi con tostadas, frijoles, huevos al gusto y un café riquísimo.
Toallas disponibles en recepción para ir a los cenotes o a la playa.
Las almohadas muy altas para mi gusto, y no las tenían más bajitas.

La cercanía con la quinta avenida
Las almohadas duras , instalaciones un poco antuguas, el desayuno no contemplará leche, pagarla aparte

Logo que cheguei mega cansada após 12 horas de viagem fiz o checkin e me informaram que meu quarto era no segundo andar, eu e meu esposo tivemos que subir sozinhos com todas as malas sem nenhum funcionário nos ajudar, tudo isso porque o único elevador estava em manutenção, inclusive um barulho absurdo de serra, martelada devido a manutenção desse elevador que não funcionou enquanto fiquei hospedado por 3 dias. Além de chegar cansada ter que subir até o quarto pela escada com todas as malas o quarto estava sem energia elétrica devido a manutenção do elevador. O chuveiro caía gotas de água e a noite era difícil dormir por conta do barulho.

La posizione sicuramente ottima vicinissimo alla quinta avenida e per ogni necessità vi era un supermercato affianco.
Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia. Appena siamo entrati in stanza si sentiva un brutto odore provenire dal bagno e l’acqua puzzava. I cuscini erano durissimi, abbiamo chiesto se ce ne fossero di più comodi ma la ragazza ci ha risposto che sono tutti così. Essendo poi vicino alla strada si sentiva forte musica fino a tarda sera.

El ascensor se descompuso y tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras todo el tiempo, incluso con las maletas el último día y estábamos en un cuarto piso. El desayuno pobre y sin opciones. Servían café y si querías té o leche, se cobraba aparte, también si cambiabas el sabor del jugo se cobraba aparte. El wifi solo funciona en la habitación. Tiene unas indicaciones de que si manchas las toallas blancas o las sábanas había que pagarlas, pero no especificaba y estábamos preocupadas, hasta el protector solar puede dejar una mancha aunque salga al lavarlas. Tiene cafetera pero no tazas, ni hablar de café y azúcar.

Me and my partner had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect, it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which made it incredibly easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It’s also literally about a 20-second walk to 5th Avenue, where there are loads of restaurants, bars, and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, and you don’t hear any of the noise from the main strip.
One of the best parts of the stay was the staff. Every single member of the team was amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We did have a small issue with our bed when we first arrived, but the staff handled it incredibly quickly and moved us to another room without any hassle at all. Their service really made the stay even better.
The hotel also provides beach towels, which you can take with you when heading to the beach, a really nice and convenient touch. The rooms are cleaned daily and kept very tidy, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which is a huge bonus in the heat.
Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of location, comfort, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others visiting the area.
