Pros:

I loved the location .

Cons:

The staff is horrible . The bed is hard . I stayed for one night . The lady who checked me in was very friendly but the lady who checked us out is horrible . She accused me of smoking . I didn’t get my deposit back . She said the whole hall smelled of smoke . I don’t even smoke .

I had a wonderful stay
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and big. I loved the bathroom, hot water was available in good pressure, the towels were sufficient and comfortable. Breakfast is basic.

Cons:

Improve on the breakfast menu, some housekeeping like making beds, cleaning bathrooms should be done daily as a standard unless requested otherwise by guests. Towels can be changed and vacuuming done every 2 days.

Comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The facility could use some attention.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The A/C did not seem to remove much of the humidity from the air.
The vending machines for snacks were almost completely empty. The ice machines were not functioning, and one had to go down to the front desk for ice.
The business center did not have any equipment, it was an empty room.

Perfect Waffle!
Pros:

Bom custo benefício, eles guardaram nossas malas depois do Checkout, deixaram fazer o check-in um pouco anrtes, tinha um café e chá de cortesia, ferro de passar e gelo na geladeira

Cons:

Internet no quarto era muito instável, exatamente na poltrona ela não funcionava, o ambiente do quarto era um pouco pesado, pois as janelas não abrem, mas isso é padrão nos EUA

Estuvo bien para lo que necesitaba.
Cons:

En la habitacion tuve 3 cucarachas. Tenia entendido que el aseo era cada dos dias pero no era asi.

Sobre el desayuno, el cereal con azucar no es saludable, no hay frutas y una de las cajitas de leche estaba con sabor amargo creo que estaba ya danyada.

Great stay-hotel.
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable. Front desk agents are were professional and friendly. The hotel is located into Galleria area close from the mall and city attractions.

Blood soaked towels
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

They tried charging me $30 for two towels when my husband cut his self shaving but didn't realize it until he wiped his face. He only used one towel to wipe his face not 2 I don't mind paying $5 for a rough towel but I'm not paying $30 I do understand that a hotel can't eat the cost for every guest that does that, I spent 30 yrs as a district manager in hospitality. The general manager left me a very condescending voicemail I'm guessing because I called corporate. At least I called the hotel first.

Bad stay, uncomfortable
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

The elevator was not working When we arrived. We had to take sour bags using the stairs.
They loose the water for almost 2 days and we’re not able to shower.
When the water came back, it was cold. No hot water for the next 2-3 days.
They only clean the rooms every 2-3 days (this was not in the description)
They give you towels if you ask for them, but one of the days they told us that they didn’t have anymore
I found 3 cockroaches inside the room. Some medium and others small. So there is infestation.
The place needs maintenance and more staff.
Was over all a bad experience.
