Melhorar equipe noturna.
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso e boas camas. Mas um hotel simples. Estacionamento gratuito foi positivo. O café da manhã apensar de simples, foi dentro da espectativa.

Cons:

Com boa antecedência, mandei via booking uma solicitação para ajustes de minha reserva, com uma noite a mais. Nos valores ajustados do booking teria um acrescimento de cerca de 50 dólares, ou menos. Como não recebi um retorno, no dia anterior, liguei no hotel e conversei com uma moça, que viu a solitação e disse que estava ajustado e eu não teria uma cobrança extra. Mas infelizmente não tive esta confirmação pelo booking, e não peguyei o nome da mulher que me atendeu.

Quando chguei no hotel, as 2am, cansado com meu foho doente, tive um PÉSSIMO atendimento de um cara irredutível e grosso. Me cobrou um valor muito acima que o booking tinha me cobrado no ajuste da reserva.

Como eu não tinha como ir para outro lugar, com filho doente, acabei aceitndo pois vi que não iria conseguir nenhuma ajuda da pessoa.

lamentável. Espero um retorno.

Not what I expected

A place to stay overnight

Cons:

The entire night, it smelled like skunk in the hallway, and in our room. Hot on the hallway, no air conditioning except in the room. Turned on the fan for more circulation but kept me awake as if some people were smoking but smelled like skank. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, toiletries(2 conditioners no shampoo). At midnight, could hear people talking loud outside the facility. Curtains were molded. Beds, very uncomfortable. Paid $159 including tax for the night. Free breakfast but did not feel like eating there. Wanted to leave in the morning as soon as we can.

I would not stay in this hotel again
Pros:

Nothing, elevator did not work, coffee was bad, AC in the room worked when it wanted, I would not stay in that hotel again. In the morning the lady at the front desk was vaping or smoking.

You had to go to the office to get ice they had all the ice machines on the floor off the refrigerator was not cleaned out and the toilet could have cleaned better the breakfast was completely trash for meat they had only diced ham that you put in a salad

Nice employees.

Cons:

A prostitute and hooker hotel. Strip club next door. Weed smoke cloud in the hallway of 3rd floor. Ice machine broken. No A/C turned on in lobby to keep free loaders out. Extra deposit at check in for room damages due to clientele.

The hygiene leaves much to be desired - there are way better budget options in Houston.
Pros:

Location was fit for purpose. Breakfast was par for the course. Free parking.

Cons:

Hygiene was appalling. The room was not cleaned once during my weeklong stay. The air had a stale smell of smokiness. Cancelled my second stay due to this.
