Shower holder broken and the pressure was low. On table lamp and door light available. Got kettle but no socket near it. 1 socket below aircon but no table(how to use as it is high) TV used was 40 years ago. Parking very limited. Room 609

Bad experience! Not recommended.
Pros:

Nothing in this hotel that satisfies me. The only thing is the location.

Cons:

When I do booking, I did mention that my arrival time is 1300, and the hotel response said ok. But when I reached there, I was told by the front desk have to check in on 2pm. And she was so rude and impolite. The room is very old, strongly suggest to have a renovation. Old and outdated TV, the bed also not comfortable, like it has been used for years and left the spring only.

Worst hotel in sibu
Pros:

I book 2 room and req in same floor one week before check in.
During check in.. 1 room level 3 and other 1 room level 7..
So... Atfer they give 2 room in level 4 but i need to add other rm 20..for req change of room...

Cons:

Toilet not good , shower broken , plug cant used.. poor of lighting..
Dont book this hotel.. smelly...

Room servis kami dah sampai bilik baru nk servis bilik..dgn blanket cadar sarung bantal semua masih org yg sebelum tu guna..towel pun sama..tpksa la tunggu lagi sampai bilik settle dibersihkan...hmmm
