Bad Experience for Expensive Price - Not Worth It
Pros:

Location is decent

Cons:

The bed frame was broken and noisy

Bedsheets weren't cleaned properly

The Indian guy at the reception was behaving badly and showing attitude

The breakfast options were limited - every other Super 8 has Yogurt but these guys removed it - cheap mentality.

Not even 1 water bottle was provided in the room upon checking. Other Super 8s have provided me at least 2 water bottles with my key whenever I checked in

Pros:

Small selection for breakfast and not alot of room to get food or eat.

Cons:

We couldn't cancel one of the nights, we could only stay for 2 nights and couldn't cancel the 3rd night. We left the after the 2nd night

Cedar City stay
Pros:

The good: The staff was great! Any interaction with staff was very positive, friendly and helpful.
The room had a kitchenette that was helpful, large microwave, fridge, counter and a sink.
The shower was pretty good, with good water pressure and hot water from a nice shower head. Updated shower curtain.
The TV is a good one on Directv.
The location is handy to the freeway.
There is a free breakfast, however, it’s all carbs, no protein.
The bad: There needs to be repairs. The bathroom sink facet was very loose ,coming off.
The paint is scraped/missing in places.
Toilet doesn’t flush properly.
The bed was uncomfortable. We both were sore in the morning.
Our room was on the back of the hotel, which does have a view of the mountains, but when night came on, huge very bright lights turned on pointing at the building. They are so bright that there is no way to darken the room even with the curtains closed.

Take care of your maintenance problems!
Pros:

Breakfast Good!

Cons:

Repair the water leak in the shower and fix the toilet seat which was loose.
Much better than the hotel in Kanab 3 years ago!

Overall, it is a good location for a one night stay; however, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night
Pros:

The property was in a good location. The bed sheets and the bathroom and were clean.

Cons:

The property only offers a continental breakfast. The carpet might need to be cleaned more often because the room smelled of food.

While OK, I don't think I would want to ever stay in such a rundown place again.
Pros:

It was amazingly quiet for being next to the freeway and a major road.
Per using a cart, the opening doors were great.
Staff were fine.

Cons:

For a contentinental breakfast, this was a joke; there was really nothing to choose from; if there was juice, I never saw it; I left with nothing because there were no choices.
Overall, the stay was OK, but the room was way too small, and the place is so old / not refurbished, it should be torn dow and replaced.
There was also about a 10" round hole in the floor under the carpet in front of the TV that should have been filled with something long ago; just enough that someone call trip or fall because of it.

I don't recommend this hotel, I got sick from the mold growing on the walls in the shower.
