Paula at the front desk was awesome. She was so busy with people checking in and it appeared at the time three of us were having issues and she maintained a pleasant attitude and was genuinely kind and helpful.
The bed was not very comfortsble and the pillows very flat. The shower head was worn out and needed replaced.
Do not waste your money here. The beds are absolutely awful. We were sunk into the middle of them, and that was the SECOND room, we had to move rooms because there was a BROWN RECLUSE in the first one. Not to mention we got there rather late and there was a ton of extremely questionable people hanging around the lobby. Just don’t bother.

Very clean and nice.
I had an accident on the bed frame. It stuck way out and I cut my leg in the middle of the night, bleeding all over the sheet, comforter, and floor. The cut was quite deep. There needs to be some sort of bumper guard, as you can see from the photo that it stuck way out and was not visible from the tiny night light that was provided.

Understaffed and they were overwhelmed. Rooms were not ready and we had to wait hours to get in.
El personal que esta a la mañana no sabe atender a los huespedes, te tratan mal y cada cosa que les pedis lo toman como una molestia, voy viajaba con mi hijo, les pedi una habitacion con dos camas separadas en vez de una matrimonial, y no se podia. El lugar no tiene ningún restaurante ni supermercado cerca, a pesa de eso el bar del hotel cierra de 11 a 17hs, la noche anterior pedí si me podían tener las valijas, me dijeron que si, y al otro día me dijeron que no tenian lugar. En la ducha había pelos, la ubicación pesima, encima de los pocos lugares que hay para comer cerca, las personas que están en recepeción durante el día no lo saben. El personal de recepción de la noche fue muy bueno
Worst so far.
Bath room facility was totally onconvenient. There was no soap nor body wash .
Buying breakfast and paying for parking is unecceptable with this price.
