Falta de mantenimiento en la habitación, específicamente gotea el aire acondicionado, fuga de agua en el tanque del sanitario, tubos de las lámparas con polvo
Se observa que falta supervisión de mantenimiento en la propiedad, el aparato del aire acondicionado gotea agua sobre el escritorio.

la habitación que me hospedé había frigobar, microondas, , sin embargo no me agradó las toallas estaba muy gastadas El hotel tiene buena ubicación
La alberca muy rugosa, las niñas se lastimaron las manos, pies y rodillas con raspaduras en la piel.
El acabado que tiene no es apropiado para una alberca, tal vez lo hacen para que no sea resbaladizo pero debe haber otros materiales más apropiafo que no causen raspaduras.
