Location to the park, restaurants, and shops
Nothing
The room was so nice and clean. The lobby was nice too! A great bar area and plenty of seating. The breakfast was wonderful and check in/check out was a breeze. We had a great view of Carowinds from our window, which we all loved! As far as amenities, there was a small business area with a computer and printer, conference room, exercise room, and a nice pool (closed during our visit but probably very nice in the summer time). Additionally, there was a small “store” next to the front desk with food and drinks for purchase.. While we didn’t use these areas during our short stay, they were appreciated. I will absolutely be back on our next trip to Carowinds!

we changed rooms twice the first day. the shower leaked in the first room. The TV didn,t work in the second room.

Air in room came on and off for long periods of time. So it was either freezing or really hot. Could not manage thru thermostat.

Me encantó la cercanía al parque, visitamos del 30 de Diciembre al 1ro de Enero. Caminamos hasta el hotel el día 31 después de mirar los fuegos artificiales en el parque, el desayuno súper rico, el hotel limpio, y la habitación amplia, nos gustó mucho.

The room was great for a lot of people and it was very nice.
Location, clean, nice breakfast and staff was welcoming.
I loved my stay but when I got home I saw the invoice matched what I was quoted but my card was charged an extra $60.00. I called the hotel and so far have not received a return call….i would have given a higher rating if not for the billing issue and no return call.

I've been charged by booking.com AND Sringhill Suites. Double charged!!!
Location was nice
Our room want ready when we got there after 5 pm, the woman at the front told us we could have a room with 2 queens since our king room wasn’t ready, I asked if there would be a discount if we took the two queens, she said no. She was just like you can take the two queens or you can wait until we have one ready… Very rude not apologetic at all. Honestly, if we could’ve just gotten our money back and went somewhere else that wasn’t the perfect location, we would have, we did not feel welcomed at all.
