The pool was closed and I wasn’t informed about it or I would have got a room elsewhere. We was disappointed.
The room was comfortable and spacious
The pool was way to small and two drunk women kept the pool off limits for my son to swim except half the pool. So we left a day early to get to a place where he could swim. Like to be refunded for that day.
Morning staff was amazing!! With a new system and everything they were very helpful and very friendly!!
When I checked in the evening I was told room number and nothing else.

The staff were fantastic and above-and-beyond helpful. Laura and Tamika were awesome! It is a great location to visit the park and very clean and comfortable.

Pool is small
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and loved the easy walk to Carowinds. Will definitely stay again.

The actual room we stayed in was very nice. Well cleaned, functional, and the layout was very nice.
We drove over 4 hours for just a one night stay and were unable to check in until 4pm. I called ahead to request an earlier check in and while travelling with no luck. Offering an earlier check in even if a small fee must be paid is an optimal opportunity for single night family travelers. We were unable to accomplish much in our one same day at the park seeing we could not check into our rooms after traveling 3 hours. We changed in our cars at the gas station across the street to just get out of our traveling clothes. Once 4 pm came the entire day was gone and it took another almost 45 minutes at check in even though we were first in line. Only to have paid in advance to actually have only been in the room during sleeping hours.
Very comfortable beds. Loved that the shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
