Overall was not bad the bar guy overcharged me and the breakfast was not the best.

Marriott hasn’t let me down on a stay.
Pros:

Everyone was super nice and room was excellent

Cons:

I’m handicap. The handicap parking is close to the courtyard but it is almost impossible to get through the gates through the courtyard through 2 heavy doors with luggage on a cane. Therefore not handicapped friendly. And my shower had no grab bars. I thought it was standard, but I assumed. I have asked on check in the last 2 Marriott’s this week on travels

A lovely and clean hotel with a great view of Carowinds!
Pros:

The room was so nice and clean. The lobby was nice too! A great bar area and plenty of seating. The breakfast was wonderful and check in/check out was a breeze. We had a great view of Carowinds from our window, which we all loved! As far as amenities, there was a small business area with a computer and printer, conference room, exercise room, and a nice pool (closed during our visit but probably very nice in the summer time). Additionally, there was a small “store” next to the front desk with food and drinks for purchase.. While we didn’t use these areas during our short stay, they were appreciated. I will absolutely be back on our next trip to Carowinds!

Cons:

Everything was great. I really don’t think there was anything I would change.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect, clean breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Air in room came on and off for long periods of time. So it was either freezing or really hot. Could not manage thru thermostat.
