Villa Santi Hotel

箇条書きで、中心地にある。ホテルの目の前で托鉢体験が出来る。朝食はメニューから選んで注文。おいしい。スタッフがとても親切。

The best location in town. Stayed here many years ago, and was happy to be back, and see the hotel stoll in a great shape. If you look for location, do not look any further, this is THE one.
The facility is welcoming, clean, excellent staff, good breakfast. Although my room lucked views, it was large and well appointed.
Didn't like: 1. Hard pillows, my definite recommendation for the hotel - get better pillows, i hurt my neck after a night's sleep, and, 2. Need a bigger TV with a couple of english language channels.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Chambre magnifique, décorée avec goût dans un style colonial élégant. Personnel au top, attentionné et souriant. Petite piscine agréable pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée, avec en bonus la possibilité de prendre une navette gratuite pour profiter du resort principal. Jolie terrasse devant l’hôtel pour savourer un cocktail au calme. L’un des plus beaux établissements de la ville, idéalement situé : proche de tout mais à l’écart du bruit. Un vrai coup de cœur ! 🌿🍸

We had a fabulous time here. The location is excellent a few minutes from the night market and Wat Xieng Thong. The alms giving was a few steps from the impressive frontage of the colonial building but we couldn't get up at 5:30 to see it. Our Jr suite was luxurious and we really liked the decor which suited the colonial era building. The staff couldn't have been more helpful -lending us towels when we went to the waterfalls and arranging a taxi to the airport when we left. It was 35 degrees whilst we were there so the plunge pool in a courtyard at the back was very welcome as was the free use of the pool at the Santi Resort, a 20 minute, free shuttle away! I really don't know why the hotel don't advertise this link more widely as it is a major perk and makes the Villa Santi an even more desirable place to stay.

We had to pay extra to upgrade our room but the staff were all very nice and helpful.

One of the best front exteriors for a hotel in Luang Prabang. Lovely "curb appeal". Unfortunately where you check in is not where you will be staying. It's down the block a little bit and not as lovely. Staff is friendly. Not sure why but they have a small charge for your daily water.

友人は2回目の滞在ですが前回より朝食の選択肢が少なくなったと言う。
立地は静かで良かった。

This hotel could be absolutely beautiful but there were many loose tiles on the hallway floors and the first night when we went to drain our tub the drain was not hooked up and flooded our bathroom. They have a wooden walkway that goes to the pool and there is many nails sticking up more than 1 cm. We pointed this out to one of the employees and he took a rock and banged one nail down but the remainder were left the way they were. The staff was not always seem to friendly.

Great location, close to all relevant sights and that staff led by Yai are fantastic!

予約したカテゴリーの部屋が用意されていなかった。
計算間違えが多く、端数のお釣りを渡さない時が有る。
Wi-Fiは非常に遅い。
レストランスタッフやベルボーイの愛想は良くて、対応も親切。
古い建物で趣が有るが、メンテナンスにやや難有り。ドアや窓に隙間があって、蚊が結構入ってくのは困った。
ロケーションは、非常に便利です。
