Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και είχε απίστευτη θέα στην πόλη του Πουκέτ, δημιουργώντας μια πολύ όμορφη και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξυπηρετικότατο, πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.

Η υπεύθυνη ήταν ακόμη πιο εξυπηρετική και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι. Μάλιστα, το βράδυ που φτάσαμε ήταν αρκετά αργά και ήμασταν νηστικοί. Παρόλο που το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται πάνω σε λόφο και είναι σχετικά απομονωμένο, η κυρία είχε την καλοσύνη να μας προσφέρει ό,τι υπήρχε διαθέσιμο εκείνη τη στιγμή, όπως μπανάνες και κέικ, ώστε να μην μείνουμε νηστικοί.

Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Μόνη μικρή συμβουλή για όσους φτάσουν αργά το βράδυ: καλό θα ήταν να έχουν προμηθευτεί κάτι για φαγητό από πριν, λόγω της τοποθεσίας.

Cons:

Una de las personas del personal la cual no iba vestida como el resto, creo que era la responsable o propietaria, nos informó el primer día de los horarios de restaurante. Nos dijo que cerraban a las 20:30 por lo que organizamos nuestro día para llegar y cenar allí a las 20 dado que está muy apartado de todo y volver a bajar a la civilización para cenar, eran 20 minutos de moto. Nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos y esta señora que indicó con anterioridad, morena, alta nos dice que ya está cerrado el restaurante. Tuvimos que ponernos de muy mala ostia para que finalmente nos hicieran 3 cosas de mala gana.

Overall it was excellent
Pros:

View from the room is beautiful, and the staff are super accommodating. Enjoyed our stay here thoroughly and would recommend to anybody looking for a laid back spot to relax in Phuket.

Cons:

Breakfast started a little late for our liking, would be ideal if this could be catered to earlier.

Pros:

Высота над уровнем моря, на пару градусов холоднее чем в низу.
Кафе сверху, что очень удобно, если лень куда-то ехать и не хочется из пластика есть доставку.
Вид великолепный.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Phuket View and Coffee Resort. Das Hotel hat uns rundum überzeugt: Es war super sauber und in einem sehr interessanten Stil gestaltet. Jeden Tag gab es einen Kaffee oder ein Getränk umsonst, und der Kaffee war wirklich unglaublich lecker. Außerdem hat man einen unfassbar schönen Blick über Phuket genossen.

Insgesamt war es für uns eine tolle Erfahrung, und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Cons:

Das Einzige, was man bedenken sollte, ist, dass man mobil sein muss, da die Unterkunft etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt liegt. Am besten also vorher einen Roller mieten, da es vor Ort keine Roller-Vermietung gab.

Da wir für das Zimmer einen stolzen Preis bezahlt haben, sind wir alles in allem eher enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Aussicht! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Auf direkte Rücksprache mit der Chefin hin, wurden unsere Wünsche berücksichtigt.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr schwieg auf eine angenehme Temperatur umzustellen, wir mussten das Bett umstellen um uns in der Nacht nicht zu erkälten. Auch ist die abgelegene Lage zwar sehr angenehm, Lautstärkenbelästigung durch die Musik der Nachbarn hat man trotzdem. Auch war es nicht immer leicht, eine Fahrt zum oder weg vom Hotel zu bekommen kann man mit etwas Geduld ein Grab oder Bolt bekommen. Das eigentliche enttäuschende ist, trotz Phuket als Touri Hotspot und Tätigkeit im Touri Gewerbe - die Mitarbeiter können kein Englisch. Es war quasi unmöglich wirklich zu kommunizieren, außer über die Chefin (die nicht immer da war). Leider entstanden dadurch einige Missverständnisse und Wünsche blieben auf der Strecke. Ebenso ist das Frühstück sehr überschaubar.
