Perfect hotel for a family holiday in Tokyo.
Pros:

Everything about Sakura Cross Kayabacho was perfect for our stay. The room was more than adequate to accommodate our family of 6 and was fitted with very comfortable bedding.
The location was exceptional with a clean and safe park directly opposite for the children to run around in and the general area being a bit quieter than some of the busier areas of Tokyo.
Two train stations are within a 5-10min walk with a number of food choices available (with a Starbucks also close).

Check in was simple and seamless and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when needed.

東京の際はリピートさせていただきたいです。
Pros:

サクラクロスホテル東京茅場町を初めて利用しました。
宿泊したのは201号室で、4人で泊まっても十分な広さがあり、狭さをまったく感じませんでした。

室内はとても清潔で、照明や家具の配置も心地よく落ち着いた雰囲気。
タオルは高品質な今治タオルで肌触りが最高。ベッドはシモンズ製で、体が包み込まれるような寝心地でした。
シーツは真っ白でふかふか、水回りもピカピカに清掃されており快適そのもの。

立地も駅から近く、周辺にコンビニや飲食店が多く便利です。
初めての利用でしたが、細部まで行き届いた心配りに感動しました。
次回もまた泊まりたいと思える最高のホテルです。

Cons:

特にありませんが、強いていうならエントランスと入口付近が若干狭く荷物が多い時や人数が多い時は少し混雑しました。

Pros:

位置不错，酒店门前有一个游乐场。房间很大，设施齐备，周边便利店和吃饭的小餐馆日本、泰国、中国口味都有，非常方便，适合亲子出行。

Cons:

如果有洗衣机就更好了。

A surprise stay which was great for space, sleeping bed quality and being a quiet location.
Pros:

The family suite was big room and very minimalist which was the best for us.
We love the shower and the huge TV.

Cons:

There was the strict minimum for drink only, it will have been nice to have some cutlery in the case we need to eat in house.

Easy to access, well maintained, space for a large family (2 adults, 4 kids).
Pros:

It was in a quiet part of Tokyo, with easy access to everything we needed. The room comfortably fit our family of six with space to relax after hours and hours of walking around the city. The facilities were well maintained and clean. And the towels were fluffy.

Cons:

They brought fresh towels which was lovely, but they did smell a little funky - possibly from being dried in the dryer. But there’s not much else you can do in Tokyo in the middle of winter but use a dryer.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Also located right in front is a park for kids to spend time during downtime of traveling.
Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was not centrally located to attractions but various train stations were located within 5-15 min walk. Property was also closed by a laundry mat (1min walk), convenience stores and grocery stores with cheap prepared food meals.
