I would recommend without reserve for a family stay to visit Tokyo.
Pros:

Very well located, with 2 metro lines at less than 10’ walk. In front of a small quiet square. Ideally located to visit Tokyo.

Cons:

Large clean and modern room, friendly staff, great location (2 stops from Tokyo station, Ginza, Asakusa). Quiet environment, but many good restaurants at walking distance.

Good location for catching nearby trains and busses
Pros:

Good location.
Number of large beds.
Fridge in room.
Power-points.
Good amount of space for luggage.
Friendly staff.
Easy Journeys to Disney, Akihabara, and Ghibli Museum (Book on opening day for ticket sales) all a short walk and then a single or continued trains on one route.

Cons:

3 sinks? Why do we need three?
Fridge in a cupboard was awkward given the space.
Entryway was a bit cramped and awkward with more than one person in and out at a time.
Toilet door is a bit too concealed.
Lighting groupings were a bit awkward, only useful ones were all on and all off.

Muy buena experiencia en viaje familiar. Destacaría especialmente la funcionalidad de las habitaciones, la limpieza y la facilidad en todos los trámites, tanto de entrada como de salida. Además, cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Tokio

Sehr gutes Hotel. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir reisten mit unseren 3 Kindern, waren 5 Nächte in Tokio. Für uns ein perfektes Hotel. Wir hatten das Zimmer auf Level F2. Sehr groß mit viel Platz. Ausstattung hervorragend. Lage aus unserer Sicht perfekt. Touristenströme sind woanders. Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet, direkt an einem kleinen Platz mit Spielplatz und Wasserspielplatz. Für kleine Kinder sehr geeignet. Insgesamt sehr gut angebunden. UBahn in direkter Nähe. Zu Fuss kann man auch ohne weiteres auch zum Hauptbahnhof zu laufen. Gute Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Nichts, alles sehr gut.

L'habitació era molt pràctica i acollidora, semblava nova així com els llits i tota la resta. Vam anar amb família de tres nens. La ubicació és pràctica per a visitar Tokyo, tenint a prop algunes línies de metro i relativament a prop l'estació central de Tokyo.

東京駅に行くまでの距離は近いが実際のところ東京駅に行くには乗り換えが必要。そしてわかりにくく、
結局15分ほどかけて歩いて行くことになった。チェックアウト後たくさんの荷物を抱えて、乗り換えま違えて、歩いたのは大変でした。
大半は東京駅まではタクシーでの移動にした、

Fijne plek in Tokyo
Pros:

Een ruime kamer. Fijn om ook een zithoek te hebben. De locatie in een rustige buurt en toch vlakbij de stad, was erg fijn. De kamer wordt tussendoor niet schoongemaakt, maar de handdoeken werden om de dag vervangen en de vuilnisbakken geleegd.

Cons:

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen.
