Pros:

A nice location and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. A nice view. Staff were accommodating in allowing us to store our bike in their reception area.

Cons:

#1 the noise:. The building is all stone & steel with a hollow roofed-over core, and the sounds of door closings are like rifle shots. The rooms are not insulated for sound, and you can also hear people talking, showering, etc. The building is busy and never quiet. People kept coming after midnight. Neighbors somewhere had a loud conversation from 04-0430. The front door started banging again before 0600.
#2 the kitchenette, There was one small hot pad and the sink was the width of a toothbrush. It is messy doing dishes when you can't put them in the sink - not even the bowls would fit.
#3 It's impossible to shower without water going all over the floor.

very noisy, the flat above sounded like they were coming through the ceiling, also every time they flushed the toilet it sounded like its was coming through the ceiling, sound proofing between the flats needs to be addressed.

Una pena, no volveremos

La facilidad para hacer el check-in y el check-out y que tiene de todo pese a ser tan pequeño

Cons:

Que la cocina era bastante pequeña lo sabía por las fotos, pero es que en el fregadero caben 2 vasos, para fregar un cazo o sartén se sale toda el agua por cuidado que tengas.
El piso es muy cuqui, pero el sofá y las camitas son muy incómodas, y se oye TODO, daba la sensación de estar con la ventana a ras de calle, tuvimos que dormir con tapones por el ruido de los coches y de la gente que pasaba hablando(era un primero y las ventanas las teníamos cerradas y la persiana bajada del todo). Y los de arriba parecía que estuvieran con nosotros en el mismo pisito, se escuchaba todo lo que decían, incluso nos despertamos cuando se levantaron ellos.
La ducha a partir de las 20:30-21:00 salía fría.
Y el colmo es que te mandan un correo para el check out y te piden que bajes la basura y dejes todo fregado y recogido. Entiendo que haya que dejar los utensilios de cocina limpios, pero ¿hasta bajar la basura? Ya puestos les cambio las sábanas…
