Le petit dejeuner

Cons:

Aucune ventilations, humidite partout dans la chambre et dans la salle de bains.
Vue sur la rue de derriere.
Pas d'isolation, on entendait tout le bruit extérieur en + du voisin du dessus qui était irrespectueux et faisait du bruit jusqu'à des 3h du matin.
Plusieurs fois la chambre a oublié d'être faite et nettoyée

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with a helpful and pleasant staff team available
Pros:

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice option, used on both days of our stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Nothing significant at all. It is on a reasonably busy road, however, it benefits from being in a location that offers easy access to key areas and amenities.

Heerlijk hotel. Echte aanrader.
Pros:

Zeer gastvrij. Onze kamer was eerder klaar en wij mochten dan ook eerder in de kamer. Dichtbij het centrum. Goed te lopen. Ook als je met de trein bent. Heerlijk ontbijt en goede bedden. Airco op de kamer. Gewoon top.

Niks.

Abgesehen vom Defizit der Zimmerreinigung war der Aufenthalt o.k. Das Personal war zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Die Reinigung des Zimmers, sowie des Bades war nicht zufriedenstellend.

Pros:

Very good location, close to the city center and all restaurants, market and historical attractions. Breakfast was good as on Belgian breakfast standards. Room was good with very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Although charming, but in the old style part of the hotel there are no available lifts. Only very steep staircases. Therefore, if you are travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility issues, I would recommend requesting a room in the newer part of the hotel, where elevators are available. The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. Guests need to use a nearby public parking lot, which is conveniently located close to the hotel.

Top verblijf!
Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk, locatie top, je loopt zo het centrum van Brugge in. De kamers zijn ruim, groot bed, genoeg ruimte. Lekkere douchegel enzv.
Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Cons:

Het bed was fijn en groot, wel wat zacht voor mijn rug, zeker na het vele lopen op citytrip. Maar dat is persoonlijk en weegt voor mij niet op tegen de voordelen.

Hotel with larger rooms and very dated décor that needs cleaning. Good location and helpful staff.

The staff were friendly, good size rooms, nice breakfast and location was great.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated, the level of cleanliness is not great as there were a number of bugs in my room resulting in bug bites on my arms, luckily I had some bug cream with me, so was able to treat the stings. The Hotel put this down to the weather, however I kept my windows closed but you can see the dust and dirt on windows and on the floors. Hopefully the hotel will take more care with cleanliness going forwards as I did report it at the time. Friends with me did get bug bites too, so was not only my room.
