Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au grand hôtel normandy. Le personnel est aimable et efficace. La chambre était confortable.
Nous avons bien profité de la belle piscine. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et très bon.
Il y avait une petite odeur d’eaux usées dans certaines parties communes (couloirs) mais heureusement ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de petit dej.
L’emplacement, petit déjeuner correcte
La piscine était froide ou très peu chauffée.
Nous n’avons pas eu le surclassement prévu avec booking, chambre pas nickel au niveau de la propreté. Fenêtre qui donne sur un parking, chambre dans un couloir avec du passage.

The room was very small, in the eaves. Could not stand upright in half of the bathroom and about a third of the room
Couldn’t fault the hotel, it was in a great location, clean, welcoming, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast selection.
The pool was a bit chilly despite being advertised as heated
the staff was helpful and smiling. The welcome chocolates and the farewell cookies
The pool had cold water for the season (winter). You couldn't take a bath. The heating in the room didn't work, so luckily they changed our room.

Wij vonden het erg warm in het hotel en de kamer. De airco was dan weer ijskoud. Gelukkig konden de ramen heerlijk open en de kamer was aan de achterzijde dus rustig. De badkamer mocht wel iets groter. Het ontbijt was super.
