De ligging van hotel.
De grote van de kamer goede bedden.

Heel fijn en goed verblijf met uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet!
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Kleine 10 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum van Brugge.

Cons:

De kamer was erg warm. De thermostaat werkte niet dus je kon er zelf niks aan veranderen. Ook kon er geen raampje open.

Situation idéale et confort avéré
Pros:

L’accueil a été très sympathique dans cet établissement, le personnel en plus de s’inquiéter que nous passions un séjour agréable nous a conseillé un itinéraire de visite de la ville et des noms de restaurants.
La situation est idéale, proche d’un parking souterrain et d’endroits pour se restaurer.
La chambre triple est de bonne taille, avec un vrai troisième lit (pas un lit d’appoint ni canapé lit). Le plus: une terrasse attenante à la chambre!
Nous avons également profité de la piscine, très agréable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est top, et servi jusqu’à 11h, ce qui laisse le temps d’une grasse matinée avant un brunch.

Pros:

Great hotel with excellent facilities and location. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the coffee machine in the room which we used daily.

Cons:

Many things in the room were a bit old and in a state of disrepair. Also the room was not very clean on arrival but also not cleaned to a great standard during our state (for example, dusting and vacuuming were clearly necessary).

Très déçus malgré un sur classement
Pros:

Uniquement l'emplacement.

Cons:

Un hôtel 4 étoiles dans une ville touristique comme Bruges où :
- aucune personne ne fait l'effort de parler français alors que vous n'êtes qu'à quelques kilomètres de la frontière.
- Le sèche serviette, la tête de lit, et le lavabo est rempli de poussière.
- La porte de la douche ne ferme pas entièrement du coup vous éponger.
- On nous propose un parking payant (25€/jour) mais on autorise un nombre supérieur de voitures par rapport à ce qu'il peut en contenir et du coup au moment de partir bloqué.
- Le soir ainsi que la nuit, vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans le hall d'accueil.
- On bloque le changement de température de la climatisation et du coup 25 degrés dans la chambre.
