Weekend away
Pros:

Clean room, with comfy beds and a big bathroom. Swimming pool 😄. Short walk to the city centre, with cafes around for all local breakfast.

Estadia simpática
Pros:

Reservámos o quarto de charme que além de espaçoso tem uma atmosfera privada e muito confortável, com um layout agradável e amenities disponibilizadas diariamente.
À chegada ao quarto uma oferta de bombons locais e no chech-out uma oferta de cookies foram um gesto muito simpático e afetuoso da parte da gestão do hotel.
A casa de banho não é espaçosa, mas é funcional.
O Wi-Fi funciona bem.
O pequeno-almoço tinha variedade de produtos, de boa qualidade e servido até tarde.
A piscina é muito agradável, tanto a temperatura da água como o espaço envolvente.
O ginásio está bem equipado.
O lobby do hotel é espaçoso e acolhedor e nele são disponibilizadas diversas amenities e jogos lúdicos.
A localização do hotel é bastante boa, pois com uma pequena caminhada estamos no centro da cidade e muito próximo existem bares e restaurantes.

Cons:

Na casa de banho a mangueira do duche precisa de ser trocada. A limpeza do hotel deve ser melhorada, tanto nos espaços comuns como no quarto. A alcatifa das escadas para o nosso quarto não foram aspiradas nas três noites da nossa estadia e algumas teias de aranha são bem visíveis em algumas zonas do hotel.
Apesar do pequeno-almoço ser variado, isso não se aplica à fruta disponibilizada. Pequenos frascos com salada de fruta eram a única opção, sem haver fruta à peça.
O check-out tem de ser feito até às 11h00.

Lovely big comfortable bed. Good facilities and good breakfast.

Cons:

It's a slightly further walk to the city center at a not so nice road, but in the end you're within 5 to 10 minutes by foot in the old town anyway.

Super séjour à Bruges
Pros:

Près du centre avec un parking.
Propreté et confort de la chambre, très très grand lit d’excellente qualité et accès à la piscine , sans oublier un petit déjeuner copieux, varié et bien cuisiné.

Bel hôtel mais......
Pros:

Nous venons à Bruges plusieurs fois par an et venons toujours à cet hôtel pour sa qualité de service et la piscine. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal.

Cons:

Le bruit de certains clients à notre étage...portes qui claquent, disputes et télévision jusqu'à pas d'heure.
Le fait que certains clients se baignent tout habillés !!!! Il est nécessaire d'instaurer un règlement pour des tenues de baignade adaptées. Question d'hygiène !

Elegante, confortevole e tanta gentilezza
Pros:

La struttura era accogliente, arredata in maniera impeccabile. Il personale Ci ha accolto con attenzione. In camera al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una scatola di cioccolatini belga in omaggio e al check out il receptionist ci ha dato 2 pacchetti con dei biscotti squisiti, entrambi in un elegante packaging.
La posizione era comoda ma non proprio in centro, anche se lo si poteva raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Nella camera abbiamo trovato una calza non nostra sotto il letto e un ciuffo di capelli nel pavimento del bagno che ci ha fatto pensare ad una pulizia frettolosa del pavimento, tutto il resto era pulito in maniera impeccabile.

Un’ oasi di relax vicina al centro
Pros:

Albergo molto bello e curato. Diverse zone relax, camera grande e ben arredata con accesso ad un giardino/ terrazzo con poltrone da giardino. Bagno bello e ottima accoglienza con prodotti per la persona, cioccolatini, caffè, ecc.. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo per usare la piscina ma avevamo a disposizione gli accappatoi e le ciabattine. Personale gentile e disponibile a dare consigli sui luoghi dove mangiare.
