Cosa dire, bellissimo tutto dalle camere ai servizi,ottima pulizia, una bellissima piscina anche se nn ne abbiamo usufruito. Vicinanza al centro. Personale super accogliente e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, in particolare Isa e Sana. Abbiamo trovato in camera una scatola di cioccolatini come benvenuto e regalato dei biscotti quando siamo andati via. Hotel super consigliato.😍

Soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il personale è disponibilissimo: ci hanno messi subito a nostro agio, cercando anche di parlare la nostra lingua e facendoci sentire coccolati in ogni momento.
Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.La colazione è ricca e varia: dal dolce al salato fino alle opzioni più leggere, tutto ben preparato e curato.
Molto bella anche la piscina riscaldata, atmosfera tranquilla e romantica.Una nota speciale per Isa e Sana, due membri dello staff gentilissimi e sempre sorridenti: hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

Voor ons waren de matrassen te zacht, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.
Het was maar voor één nacht dus acceptabel.

Perfection!
Pros:

This hotel is gorgeous in every sense - beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, right near the centre with a pool and gym as a bonus.
The hospitality provided by all the staff is excellent and personalised.

So glad we stayed here for 2 days. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything! Room was spacious, bed extremely comfortable, light and bright, quiet, great coffee, lovely box of Belgian chocolates to welcome us.
Charming heated swimming pool and well equipped small gym. Many lovely sitting areas around and about.
Pleasant 20 min walk into the historic centre or to Minnipark.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; they all helped with a smile.

Cons:

Shower in bath a little weak.
Some bigger cups in room for tea drinkers.

A great stay.
Pros:

Beautiful good sized room. Very large comfy bed. Nice touch of chocolates and biscuits. Very clean. The location is ideal for using the underground carpark down the road.

Cons:

The shower in room 135 is badly designed. The hose from the bath tap in the middle is silly.
