Pros:

Die perfekte Lage, die Freundlichkeit.

Cons:

Extrem kleines Zimmer ohne Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Sitzgelegenheit war unter der Schräge und nicht nutzbar. So ein Zimmer haben wir nicht gebucht.

A Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Bruges!
We had a beautiful stay here. The hotel is lovely and the staff are incredibly friendly. We were touched by the thoughtful welcome note and the delicious Belgian chocolates waiting for us. A standout feature was the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose our preferred pillows for a perfect night's sleep. The location is also excellent, an easy walk into the city centre. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Top hotel if you value position and friendly service
Pros:

Good location, comfortable style hotel, but the big standout is the staff. Every-time we needed to know or needed help they could not have been more accomodating. That only comes from a well led establishment which is highly attentive to customer service. The best so far!

Cons:

We stayed in the family room. Beds were great. A small improvement would have been a night light in the bathroom or toilet

Encantador el lugar, lleno de detalles que hacen sentirse muy bien recibidos, como unas palabras de bienvenida en una postal, un chocolate, unas galletas al hacer check out, y la excelente energia y atencion del personal
