Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato in una camera molto piccola ma comunque ben pulita. Lo staff super disponibile e gentile.

Good Hotel for exploring Bruges
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable. Our stay was only 1 night in the end as my son suffered an allergic reaction to eating nuts so we decided to get back to the UK. The cooked breakfast was really good and much enjoyed. The pool was ok but quite small. Hotel well placed for seeing the sights in Bruges.
The toilet in our bedroom.had mould on the ceiling but itherwise the bathroom.facilities were adequate.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Everything was lovely - the staff were SO helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the indoor pool was an added bonus!

Cons:

There seemed to be a buzzing noise in our room which we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. My partner didn't hear it but I did but it was probably one of those things!

Un peu déçu pour un 4 étoiles.
Pros:

Personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute des besoins . Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner très varié

Cons:

La propreté de la salle de bain à revoir. Il est noté des miniatures en cadeau. Alors oui shampooing, gel douche et après shampooing présent mais un mini flacon pour deux adultes est léger, le flacon de gel douche etait déjà à moitié utilisé et pas de renouvellement des miniatures sur la deuxième journée.Il manquait également une paire de chausson ( nous l'avons réclamé et nous l'avons eu immédiatement).

Séjour en amoureux.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était super.

Cons:

Beaucoup de poussière sur la tête de lit et le rideau qui se trouvait au-dessus. Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires et ses accessoires de bain. Beaucoup de bruit, on entendait la tv des voisins, quand ils parlaient, et les portes qui claquaient trop fort.
