Loved this place!
Pros:

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly with suggestions and extras. The room itself was clean and very spacious! The pool was great as well. The hotel itself was located 10-15 min walk from all major sites as well.

Cons:

None...loved the place. Would stay again!

An all round brilliant weekend away
Pros:

From the very warm friendly smiley welcome as soon as soon as we arrived, the local knowledge from the staff (especially the help we received from suzana who was superb and very attentive) a great location only a 10 minute stroll into town. Swimming pool was beautiful and an added bonus to have! Rooms were lovely and spacious, all round a very very good stay

Pros:

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay. The hotel is a beautiful place, close to the center of Brugge. We left the car at the parking 200m and were able to explore the center on foot without any further transportation. Absolutely beautiful experience.
The staff at the hotel were great and accomodaties my request without any issue. Nice people ready to help at any moment. A great stay In hope we will repeat soon. Great memory for our anniversary

Gezellig hotel met mooie familiekamer en zwembad
Pros:

De ligging net bij het drukke centrum, maar met 5-10min lopen sta je midden op het plein in Brugge

Cons:

De bedden waren naar mijn smaak wat aan de harde kant, maar nog steeds prima bedden.

Perfect stay, comfortable and great staff.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff were immediately friendly on arrival and throughout (24hr reception). This included quick responses over messages about our booking before the trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities and a large bed. We really liked the location as it was only a 5 minute walk into the main centre of Bruges and a 10/15 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

The pillows were a little small for the bed, but if that’s the only thing we didn’t like about our stay then that’s a good sign!
