Hizmet kalitesi(Örneğin; sabah odadan çıkarken odamın temizlenmesini belirten kart taktım, akşam geldiğimde odama girilmemiş bile.Bunun üzerine resepsiyon görevlisine durumu anlattım.Tuvalet kâğıdı bitti,havlularım kirlendi değiştirin lütfen dedim.Kağıtları verdi maalesef havlu yok dedi.Israr edince diğer görevli havlu getirdi.)

Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel Terra Europe! Camera a fost foarte spațioasă, extrem de curată și atât de bine îngrijită încât totul părea complet nou. Aerul condiționat a funcționat impecabil, iar micul dejun a fost foarte gustos și variat. Parcarea proprie este un mare avantaj. Recomand cu drag acest hotel!
