I would like my refund.
Pros:

Considering that we were called when we were due to arrive in 45 minutes and told that they were overbooked and had no room availability, I can’t really say anything about the property.

Cons:

The staff member who called me was rude and condescending. She informed me that they had ‘tried’ to call earlier in the day, but it went to voicemail. When I asked if she had thought to leave a voicemail so that I could return her call she said no. The caller ID does not say La Quinta Inn, how was I to know that I needed to return a call if there was no message? Also it was 11:30 at night when she called me back and we were due to move our daughter into her dorm the next day. We had 2 car loads of personal belongings and had to stop 45 minutes away in Madison to find a room at a LOVELY Hampton Inn. Oh and now the hotel won’t answer my messages or communicate with Booking so I can get my $350 refund.

Pros:

It was nice and clean. There was nothing to dislike about the property. Everything was exceptionally well kept and staff was very pleasant and grateful when checking me in. I even enjoyed a night swim.

Decent hotel near GMC
Pros:

The location was close to GMC which is where we needed to go each day. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Quiet. The hotel appears to have been renovated and is relatively modern. Clean lobby.

Cons:

Our room had some sticky stuff on the tv stand. Beds are ok but not very comfortable. The breakfast is mediocre at best. There was no wine bottle opener available to use at the front desk. Seems a bit expensive for this location and quality of hotel.

I needed a place to sleep that excepted dogs and this served me well.
Pros:

Staff were nice and the property was clean

Cons:

It’s not the property’s fault but the kids running through the halls at night were annoying

Great hotel.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, located in a great area, near restaurants and shopping. Free breakfast adds to the experience and my kids felt safe there.

Pros:
