Very clean and accommodating to a certain extent.

Cons:

The bathroom in the wheelchair accessible room wasn’t a true roll in shower for wheelchair users who use shower benches or shower chairs can not get over small hump to get into the shower. Future reference small ramp for clear entry into the shower and also to remove glass shower door that also hindered entry into the shower.

Definitely a good hotel, staff needs help with customer service skills

The beds were pretty great, and comfortable. I loved how roomy the bathroom was and their lobby is beautiful. Also complimentary breakfast

Cons:

The staff weren't very friendly at all. Kinda felt as if we disturbed or disrupted them by being around

Nice rooms, horrible staff
Pros:

Rooms were fine

Cons:

Upon arrival we were made aware that us paying beforehand did nothing and it never went through, so we would need to pay there. The lady at the desk charged my card without asking me and that was NOT the card we were going to use. It screwed me over so before I had a second to think she said I canceled it will be refunded it has now been 5-6 days and I still don’t have my money back. She was very rude about the whole situation and did not handle it well. When I called they said it was up to the bank when they release it….well my bank said they can’t do anything.
